How are you feeling?: Still tired but nausea is better and bloating has gone down a ton. The lack of symptoms of makes me slightly worried but trying not to freak out.
Rants/Raves: We were supposed to see my parents for the first time on Mother's Day after we had all self-quarantined. My dad asked if I wanted to go in on a gift card with him and told me they'd actually been going places. They still haven't apologized and my kids were devastated they couldn't go see them. We've been home since March 13.
GTKY: What was the last non-pregnancy/parenting book you read? Anything by Elin Hilderbrand right now. Trashy beach reads to take my mind off of real life.
@KateBee. Lurking from a different week, but I am so sorry about Mother's Day. I appreciate that you have been quaratining for so long. Many of my family members are essential workers, so I am grateful for people who are taking precautions (even though it is painful). My mom wants to get in the car and come take care of me, but is holding off since my dad is a hospital worker. Sending extra love to you and your family. Also I love your book choice. Trashy book reads for the win!!
@KateBee I love Elin Hilderbrand. Her books are for sure great summer time easy reads.

Team Green/Pink/Blue: finding out! I'm betting boy
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: strawberry
Upcoming appointments: NT/labs on 5/21
How are you feeling?: I don't want to jynx it but the last few days have been tolerable from a fatigue/nausea standpoint. I have only been getting bad nausea around dinner. Hopefully the trend continues.
Rants/Raves: We closed on our house yesterday!!! We are so thrilled. First house. Bad news is it is supposed to rain all week so my pool days will have to wait.
Questions: none right now
GTKY: What was the last non-pregnancy/parenting book you read? I am a big audible fan. According to that I listened to "The End is Always Near" by Dan Carlin. I love his voice and his storytelling, I have put on his hard-core history podcasts many times to help me fall asleep.
@gh1219. Lurking from another week, but congrats on the new house!! Glad to hear you seem to be feeling better as that will help with moving in. I often listen to audiobooks when I am trying to fall asleep. I end up relistening to the same 30 minutes over and over, because I fall asleep in the middle.
Team Green/Pink/Blue: Green - not finding out, will be happy either way. Hubs is hoping boy because the idea of having a daughter scares him 😂
Interesting Baby Fact/Baby is the size of: A lime
Upcoming appointments: 5/18 for 12 week check in
How are you feeling?: Tired but not completely exhausted anymore. Nausea is fading too. Heartburn is creeping in.
Rants/Raves: Both? One of my sisters is also expecting her 3rd, she's around 22 weeks I think. Saturday she's having a gender reveal and it will be the first time the family has been together since a birthday party in March. We planned on announcing to grandparents and his fam around 12 weeks (my sisters already know). This would put our announcement 4 days after her reveal. Not sure how to find a balance so she gets her spotlight and I don't cut it short. There's no jealousy or friction between us, the opposite actually, loads of mutual respect and support. Unfortunately those grandmas can be fickle in where they direct their excitement.
Questions: none
GTKY: What was the last non-pregnancy/parenting book you read? I couldn't even say. It's been so long since I sat down with a book. When I get free time I mostly watch documentaries and crochet.
