Anything NOT working out?

Re: Weekly Workouts! 5/1-5/7

  • Well after my 60 minute spin last Monday all I could do during the week was walk. I was just so tired all week. I'm going to try to get myself back on today!

Continuing the elliptical 5x/week for about 45
mins. I’d like to start adding in some at
home workouts for strength but I’ve been exhausted and haven’t been able to get myself to.
  • Still seeing my personal trainer 1x per week for strength training (he’s only training me right now) and started my free trial on the Peloton app! I’m vibing the yoga classes.
  • I haven’t worked out since last Wednesday. I was determined to get on the Peleton today so I wouldn’t break my 40 week streak, but I only got about 3 hours of broken sleep last night after my dog having multiple seizures and I took him to emergency. It’s been an emotional day and I’ve had no energy

  • @bearmomma1 Oh no! Hope your pup is ok.
  • @bearmomma1 any update on puppy?

I managed to get myself on the bike today (had my workout clothes on under my teacher clothes so I could hop on as soon as I was done with morning videos). I managed a 30 minute intervals and arms with Cody. Phew. FX I can do better this week overall as I tanked last week with only one real workout.
  • @willashbaby They think they have the seizures under control and now the plan is to switch from intravenous meds to oral. Hopefully he reacts just as well to the oral! Then he should be coming home in the next 2 days.

  • What are you up to? Managed to get on the bike for a 30 minute class Monday, 2.5 mile walk Tuesday, grocery shopping yesterday (totally counts, lol), and today I did another 30 minute ride.

How are you feeling? Slightly more energy this week vs. last week,

Any instructions from your doctor/care provider? I still haven't seen them.

Anything NOT working out? I def. can't go as hard as I used to, My body feels like it's working harder at a lower BPM than it used to, I'm just following how I feel as I work out. I always wear my HRM when I'm working out now.
  • I’m still just waking every day 5-10km and that’s good enough for me! Hopefully once I get into the second trimester I’ll have some more energy. I’m thinking of trying “the bump method” online program too! It’s pregnancy Pilates!
