Had first US last week. The size of the gestational sac measured more like 5 wks instead of the 7 wks from my LMP. too early to detect the heart beat so I go back in 2 wks. Worried because I've already miscarried. Also started noticing less morning sickness since then. Could they be wrong about the size of baby? Could I be having another miscarriage?
I would not be concerned about the amount or coming/going of morning sickness this early on in the PG. Especially with psychosomatic tendencies of being PG after a loss weighing in. Measuring 2 weeks behind is not a great sign, but it really depends on several things. Are you CERTAIN Of your dates? i.e. do you know when you ovulated because you were temping/tracking and are certain of the dates? If so, unfortunately this may not bode well. However, if you are only using LMP to track, then your dates could be super off (especially if you have MC anytime in last 6-12 months as you can have wonky cycles for a LONG time after a MC), and it could just mean that you O'd later than you thought and it's no big deal or problem at all.
