LH levels after IUD

Hi all,
It's been two months since I had my IUD removed (had it for 5 years) and I only spotted a bit after the removal. I have not had a period since. My husband and I have been trying without any luck. I purchased some ovulation tests and my LH levels are low (0.12 and 0.06). Anyone have any experience with this?

1 ) Reading the pinned threads at the top of the board to learn how this community works
2 ) Join in the daily threads, such as questions/chart stalking (where this post would've been great to have been put)
3 ) Read Taking Charge of Your Fertility and start temping so you can know if you're ovulating, so you know if/when you should be trying.
4 ) Get to know us. We're not actually terrible people (I mean, arguably I am, but the rest of the peeps here are awesome!)
P.S. I've been in quarantine yesterday, I didn't realize yesterday was FRIDAY 13th?!? I thought it was Monday 13th... but my bad apparently!
I will continue to navigate my way through the boards.
