R/R: Hump day! This week has been annoying work-wise but at least it is going by pretty quickly. Does anyone watch Modern Family? I am looking forward to the finale tonight, I can't believe how long I've been watching this show. DH's meatloaf came out great last night and I get to have leftovers for lunch woohoo.
CS/Q: I am temping better post O than pre O at least!

R/R: My rant is related to my question below...
CS/Q: Ok, hoping someone can help me make sense of what the heck is going on with my body! I was expecting AF last Thursday (a 33-35 day cycle is usual for me), and very light spotting began that day and has continued ever since but I haven't actually gotten my period (and I've been testing daily and getting negative results). I thought I ovulated around March 19 based on egg white cervical fluid on March 17/18 and positive OPKs on March 18-20 (though I didn't use them perfectly correctly, as I didn't start testing on the CD it told me to and build up to my ovulation window from there... I don't really know how exactly these tests work so I'm not sure how much that matters). But that timeline makes no sense in retrospect, as that would mean I'm on day 20 of my luteal phase, and from what I understand the LP really shouldn't vary that much. So I'm figuring I must have ovulated much later than expected, though that's kind of weird considering the egg white CF and positive OPKs... could I have been about to ovulate and then my body just abruptly called the whole thing off? I've also never had spotting like this before... at most I'll have a day of spotting before my period starts in earnest but right now we're on day six. I'm thinking the stress of this whole pandemic/quarantine thing must be throwing everything off, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to understand the timeline a little better... anyone have any insight for me?
CD/DPO: 22/4
Timing: -5(x2), -4, -2, -1, 0
LP Length: 9-10 days. I feel not long enough
Testing: WFAF
R/R: Did anyone see the pink supermoon last night?? I did through our telescope we have and it was super cool. Space is so neat! I was so exhausted from work yesterday. I think the full moon made everyone nuts lol. All my residents at the care facility were legit going crazy and squirrelly. 🤪 There were like a bunch of caged rats. There were all acting off and weird and fighting with each other and pissed off and freaking the F out!! It was mentally draining. I had to come home and have a drink 😆 I have to pray for patience some days lol.
CS/Q: None
@dobiemom11 I'm so sorry that you haven't been feeling very great mentally lately. Hang in their girl.
@legallykate Happy Hump day! I'm glad YH's meatloaf came out good. I've watched modern family here and there but I never stuck with it. It's a good show though and I like it cause it's funny. Enjoy the finale tonight. Ok.. how are you on DPO 5 if we were the exact 0 day? I'm only on 4.
@mindyb2019 All my apps changed to say I O'd on Friday so I am going along with that now even though I am not 100% sure. My temps were a mess this month so who knows, it was either Friday or Saturday!

R/R: I’m starting to get my early af signs and my temp dropped a lot today so I’m not feeling too hopeful for this cycle which is okay. You never know though I guess.
CS/Q: nothing much to see.
@the_most_happy it is possible to have multiple LH surges prior to O. I would not uncommonly have at least 2 LH surges. as for when you start using your OPK's it kind of depends on the ones you are using.... if your using the clear blue advanced I think you do need to start those earlier in your cycle, but if your using the basic ones that just track LH and not estrogen its OK if you didn't start them till a little later. Temping next cycle will help you pinpoint O better (in combo with the OPKs). Keep testing and if you get to CD60 without a period than call your doc. Bodies are weird and an old saying on here, is "your regular till your not...". Good luck!

@mindyb2019 The moon was so cool last night! Really beautiful, I love all things moon-related though.
@wabash15 Interesting, so do you know what the biological purpose/cause of multiple LH surges would be? Is the last one always the one when ovulation actually occurs? That does make things a bit trickier!
@legallykate Yay for DH cooking and a good dinner. I should make a meatloaf, since it is one of DH's faves. Not a huge fan myself, but I do like the rolls that I normally make on the side.
@mindyb2019 I saw the moon last night, but it wasn't pink when I saw it. It was huge and super bright though. Pretty cool!! My family is supposed to have a girl's weekend to space camp in August, but who knows? Hopefully your residents will calm down once the crazy moon is passed.
@stillcozy sending love your way. I keep being tempted to type in the name of our old friend and then remember she has a new name!!
@legallykate Yay for leftover meatloaf for lunch today!
@the_most_happy I'm so sorry for the confusing cycle. You could have had an LH surge but not actually ovulated. That's so frustrating! Have you considered temping to help confirm O? It won't help with this cycle, but maybe next time.
@mindyb2019 I totally forgot about the supermoon last night and I'm sad I missed it! That's awesome that you got to see it through a telescope. I'm jealous!
@stillcozy Aww I'm so sorry friend that you're feeling out already. Hang in there.

R/R: I treated myself to a white mocha this morning, so I'm drinking it while I watch the blue jays outside building a nest. It's so peaceful. However, my dogs are ruining it by barking at the dog next door. Sierra was super sweet this morning through because she wanted to cuddle. And when your 80 lb GSD wants to cuddle...you have to cuddle. It made it hard to get up from bed this morning.
