Upcoming Appointments: Not sure yet. I was just released from my RE and need to schedule an appointment with my OB.

How are you feeling?: The nausea has progressed from an hour or so in the morning to all day. 🤢

Rants/Raves: I got to see an ultrasound and the baby’s heartbeat last week! It’s such a relief to know things are going well!

Questions:

GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? I love autumn (beautiful colors, hoodies, bonfires, long walks with the dogs)

How are you feeling?: A little tired but overall perfectly fine which is making me nervous.

Rants/Raves: It's been beautiful outside the past week or 2 but is going to get cold again in 2 days. Wah! It's hard to be stuck at home inside with a 2.5 year old.

Questions:

GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? It used to be fall because I love everything that @vetgirl2011 mentioned but the past year or 2 it has definitely been summer. I've really enjoyed going to the beach, waterpark, and sitting on our back patio while my husband grills.

Upcoming Appointments: Labs yesterday (so far everything is normal or negative just like we want! Thursday is our first ultrasound and I was just notified my partner can't be there because of COVID-19. I'm devestated that he won't get to hear the heartbeat as this is the last appointment he'll be stateside for... baby will be nearly 3 months old when he returns from deployment!

How are you feeling?: Anxious about this appointment and announcing to our parents this surprise pregnancy just before he deploys.

Rants/Raves: This virus sucks!!!! Super grateful to have ZERO symptoms other than massive thirst and constant runs to the bathroom.

Questions:

GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? Late Spring and Early Fall. The weather is perfect and nature is gorgeous.

@themissdevine My husband wasn’t allowed at my ultrasound last week either. I was really sad (and a little nervous). They did let me FaceTime him, so he was able to hear the heartbeat.

@dumbledoredies Love the username! Are you in the Midwest? Today was beautiful in Indiana, but it’s supposed to be cold again on Thursday. At least I only had to work a half day, and was able to enjoy playing outside with my dogs!

@vetgirl2011 yep I live in Michigan! I wish the weather would be consistently warm already. It's hard to spend entire days indoors.

Upcoming Appointments: phone appointment on the 16th; ultrasound isn’t until May 11

How are you feeling?: rough. I’ve now experienced vomiting so violently that I peed my pants

Rants/Raves: kind of upset that our hospital isn’t doing ultrasounds until at least 12 weeks.... I just want the reassurance right now....

Questions: what are some of your tricks to drink more water? I’m on the struggle bus with my intake....

GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year
I love spring ... living in Minnesota, once spring arrives you can’t help but think “it’s all uphill from here.... we made it!”

How are you feeling?: still nauseous and uncomfortable.

Rants/Raves: Can't wait to see 10wk ultrasound. Upset my husband won't be able to come.

@aveyc1986 I'm on the same struggle bus. I just can't/ don't want to drink that much water. Mostly due to nausea. In turn its making me constipated. Lose, lose situation. 🤦🏾‍♀️

@vetgirl2011 it did, thank you! Measured just a few days ahead and HB was 164. Another u/s in 2 weeks since I'm higher risk and apparently AMA. lol

How are you feeling?: energy feels to be returning but the nausea is burning me out.

GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? I live in south Louisiana. We don’t really have seasons. I hate the summer here lol but the fall is good for football!

@vetgirl2011 Thank you! I know that they have said no phones, but that was when you could have your partner with you. I'm hearing several people have been allowed to video chat during the appointment, so at least we'll have that. And the printed pictures!!
