Upcoming Appointments: 4/24 can't come soon enough
How are you feeling?: Rough this week - lots of all day nausea which is frustrating. I'd almost just rather vomit than deal with the queasy feeling all day long. Food aversions have also hit strong this week.
Rants/Raves: DH has been awesome and the past few days has taken our girls for a couple hours in the afternoon so I can nap. It's been amazing.
Questions: Are you wearing a mask to your OB appointments?
GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? Usually Winter - right now I would take any season if I could just live life normally again!
Est Due Date / Weeks + Days: November 23. 7 weeks today.
Baby is the size of a(n): blueberry
Upcoming Appointments: April 22! Earth day
How are you feeling?: generally ok, with bouts of nausea most days. With my son I was never nauseated, so this has been interesting and unpleasant! So ridiculously hungry. I feel like I’m a slave to my metabolism.
Rants/Raves: rant: it snowed last night. Not the weather I was hoping for. Rave: watching Great British Baking Show on Netflix. The perfect binge show for a pregnant woman.
Questions:
GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? I love the fall as well 🍂. I love the spring as well but where I live it’s usually just winter and then hot. I’m really craving a beautiful spring day.
Est Due Date / Weeks + Days: November 24 - 7 weeks
Baby is the size of a(n): Coffee Bean
Upcoming Appointments: Next Wednesday April 15. I can't wait! I really hope they will schedule an US as well. The office I typically go to is in a hospital and they are not seeing anyone at that office. The US office is in the room right next to my OB so it was nice to just walk right down the hall. I am going to a different location and I don't know how they are going to handle it.
How are you feeling?: Tired and I have no appetite at all. The thought of eating just turns my stomach. I have been forcing myself to eat small meals through out the day.
Rants/Raves: None really
Questions: Nope
GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? Season I'd say summer and fall. I like having a change of seasons and can find something I love about each one.
How are you feeling?: soooo nauseous and exhausted
Rants/Raves:
Questions: is it nap time yet?
GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? Spring or Fall. Summer is too hot, winter is too cold.

@crizz13 I don’t have plans to wear a mask to my OB. I don’t own any and I am trusting that the OB has been doing a good job of sanitizing the office and screening patients.🤷🏽♀️ I am definitely on the less concerned side of things throughout this pandemic so far. I totally get why some aren’t though, so I don’t judge when I see people taking lots of precautions.
@lalarose22 I haven’t tried the pink stork candies but I did splurge and buy the Preggie Pop Drops. I honestly can’t say where or not they help reduce nausea but they are something not offensive to eat when I’m feeling bad. The best thing I have found to help my nausea so far is taking Pepcid twice a day. I have had a really really sour stomach and bad heartburn which seem to trigger the nausea a lot. I take a Pepcid before I eat in the morning and then I take one before I go to bed. It’s been so helpful!! @surlyjaneausten when I was pregnant with my DD a coworker could see how miserable I was without me saying anything - I didn’t even know I was pregnant yet because DD was a surprise - and she predicted I was going to have a girl because girls make you more miserable according to the old wives tale supposedly. Maybe you’re getting a girl this time. 😉 @windywoman see my note to lalarose22 about taking Pepcid (generic version). It’s helped me tremendously. @lurvleybunchococonuts I am all about nap time these days too! Haha
How are you feeling?: I am feeling better this week so long as I remember to take my Pepcid before bed and before eating in the AM! I will write about this a thousand times in case it can help any other nauseated mamas out there!!
Rants/Raves: Sooool happy because my DD is recovering from her pneumonia and is almost back to 100% PLUS we got her Covid test results back on Monday night and she was negative! Such a relief!! I am selfishly thrilled since this means I don’t have to cancel my ultrasound on Monday. 😁

GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? 🍁🍂🍁 I love Fall! I love Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Lates. I love that back to school feeling and the kick off of the holiday season. The excitement in my DDs eyes for Halloween and family time at Thanksgiving. 🍁 🍂 🍁
@krystrist2014 - Totally need to get some Pepcid! I've been having a sour stomach and I've been miserable all week. All we have are Tums, so I'm going to use that for the time being. Can't hurt!
Est Due Date / Weeks + Days: 7 weeks (Nov. 26)
Baby is the size of a(n): blueberry!
Upcoming Appointments: April 29th.Can't come soon enough!
How are you feeling?: Nausea is the worst! Sour stomach all day. I don't throw up, but dry heaving is a common occurrence. The one food that I can easily eat is crunchy peanut butter on toast. It's been a lifesaver. I've also been sleeping a ton. I've been furloughed until all this craziness is over, and the one good thing is I can sleep and deal with my nausea at home. I'm usually a morning person, but I find myself sleeping until noon!
Rants/Raves: DH has been amazing! He's been doing most of the cooking and cleaning and letting me rest when I'm feeling extra awful. Although he's super paranoid about me leaving the house for anything right now. Also, my step-mom sent me a tea sampler set from Birds & Bees Teas, specifically made for pregnant women. It's awesome!
Questions: I know there's already a thread about it, but what pregnancy book is everyone reading? I want to read one and recommend one to DH
GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? Fall! Love the weather and the holidays. Halloween is my favorite and I'm so excited to have a little one to celebrate with!
Upcoming Appointments: Had my viability ultrasound today - yay!
How are you feeling?: good! headaches here and there which is my most irksome pregnancy symptom. I still can't believe I am pregnant with my 3rd.
Rants/Raves: rant - same as everyone these days, wish this virus would go away and life would go back to normal. Rave - I am really looking forward to telling family this weekend.
Questions: n/a
GTKY: What is your favorite time of the year? I love late fall and into Christmas... doubly excited to have a newborn this year for all the festive things in December.
