Trying to Get Pregnant

Healthy Habits Check-in w/o 3.30

What habits, goals, or resolutions do you have for yourself this year? Or which goal(s) are you focusing on this week?

How's everything going?

What has you motivated or struggling this week?

What questions/help do you have/need to help you achieve your habits, goals, and resolutions?

What's a "small win" you have from last week?

What habits, goals, or resolutions do you have for yourself this year? Or which goal(s) are you focusing on this week? Main goal at start of year was to move my body 4-5 days a week, even if it’s just gentle walking.

How's everything going? Exercise-wise, things are going well. Everything else? Ehh.

What has you motivated or struggling this week? Struggling with relationships this week. My sisters are being a**holes to me, DH is stressed out & snappy. We’ve had a so-so fertile week because he’s so unpleasant to be around this week. All the negativity zaps my energy.

What questions/help do you have/need to help you achieve your habits, goals, and resolutions? Is there any decent gluten-free bread out there??? Trying to stick to this GF, DF diet but I miss toast & sandwiches!

What's a "small win" you have from last week? This is a huge win! I have exercised all 7 days in a row for 2 weeks straight! (But still gained weight from too much time on the couch, COVID-style.) Including this week, that makes 16 days in a row of moving my body!😄

  • Anybody? Bueller?

Are you walking your dog? Practicing mindfulness or meditation? Doing yoga with Adrienne?

I hope everyone is doing ok and that this checkin gets much busier. It’s so important that we focus on being healthy & doing self-care during these stressful times.
  • @keikilove I totally meant to join in on Wednesday and then work got in the way!

What habits, goals, or resolutions do you have for yourself this year? Or which goal(s) are you focusing on this week?
Good ol' GF and DF diet, yoga 2-3 a week

    How's everything going?
Diet good, yoga bad lol. I need to fit some short ones in today and tomorrow to follow my goal!

What has you motivated or struggling this week?
It's been a busy work week, combined with being sick starting last week and into this week so yoga has been the last thing on my mind.

What questions/help do you have/need to help you achieve your habits, goals, and resolutions?
None, just need to make a point to pull a video up from YouTube since I'm in yoga pants or sweats 24/7 now so I don't even need to change

What's a "small win" you have from last week?
I did at least go for a walk on Wednesday and then we will again this evening now that the weather is up in the the mid 50s

  • @inthewoods23 Hope you’re feeling all the way better! Did your week get any better with the yoga? At least you walked, that’s so good for the mind and body.

I found a yummy gluten-free bread! It’s called Canyon Bakehouse. I got the plain old white bread (made with tapioca and other white things) to see how it is. It’s the first decent GF bread I’ve tried, so I will branch out to their other flavors.
  • @keikilove I think that's the last brand of bread that I bought and it wasn't bad! I did not end up doing any yoga whoops lol.
