R/R: Okay I’m officially going crazy and I’m deff going to go through the next 24 hours between symptom spotting and then convincing myself I’m not pregnant and then have a crappy sleep until I can test tomorrow morning agh I want this to be it so bad for so many different reasons

R/R: I was up early today because I couldn’t sleep. We are refinancing our mortgage and the appraiser is coming today and I’m anxious that it’s a mistake and I’m endangering us unnecessarily. He asked me to have all of the interior doors open and lights on so that he doesn’t have to touch anything. Then I’m planning to leave the house for 3 hours after he is done since that is what they are saying for how long droplets last. I figure I can go get Drive thru somewhere for lunch and then work in my car or out on our deck since it’s supposed to be nice today? Things haven’t gotten too too bad here yet so I just want to get it out of the way before things get crazy but ugh. Scary.

R/R: Although it doesn't really matter, I can't wait for the weekend. Just feeling tired and ready for an excuse to not make more progress unpacking. With DH still working, I feel bad not making progress while he is busy in meetings and such. Today's challenge: attempt to fit 6 pieces of square or rectangular furniture into a circle room in a way that doesn't look insane. DH has dubbed the circle room his Oval Office, so trying to get that set up for him.
@tryingktogku. Best of luck testing tomorrow and hopefully you continue to feel better.
@bows22. I think you have a great plan for your day. Now seems to be a good time to get the house refinanced with the values low. I think you are being smart and thinking about ways to minimize your chances of contact. Good luck!
@tryingktogku you're almost there!!! kudos for not being like someone i know (me) and testing way before intended...also, hope you feel better!
@bows22 it sounds like they are being super cautious. if you have disinfecting spray, maybe spray everywhere too before you leave and let it sit?
@stillcozy my close friend lives right on a pond with swans too--i get pictures whenever they are there! so pretty!

@bows22 - My DH was looking into refinancing our mortgage as well because the rates are so low right now. But he was calling rocket mortgage and similar companies and I told him I don't really trust places like that.

@asf0613 lol I deff would have tested this am but I really didn’t have time and I had already peed! And I always thought it be a little nicer finding out that “hey I just vomited let’s pee on a stick ok well now I have to go to work bye” lol and tmo I’m 12DPO so I figure less change of a false negative!
@feather_heather get him the sheets and gift them to him with enough naked in them? Lol
so for our 2nd anniversary i went on etsy and got this personalized piece and framed it. it is cotton (or at least linen!) and it has lyrics from our first dance on it. pic in spoiler
i also like @tryingktogku 's thought of sheets plus naked !

@stillcozy. The plumber is coming today to figure it out. Turns out the seller isn't returning phone calls from their agent. Some drama happened between them before and after closing. So plumber is coming and a locksmith to rekey the house. But they still want us to hold their mail, so if they want that, they will need to get in touch with her to reach us.
@feather_heather We were initially looking at Rocket Mortgage to help us, but got a better deal with a local company. Rocket Mortgage keeps emailing me saying there are pressing things needed for my mortgage. It could be really confusing if you aren't paying attention and deleting them. Congrats on the upcoming anniversary!! I think sheets are an awesome gift!
@asf0613. I love that you celebrate with the themed gifts. We normally don't do anything, but it would be cute to start the tradition. I think both DH and I go into our anniversary and Valentine's Day like please tell me the other person didn't get me anything, cause I don't have anything!
@feather_heather for our 2nd anniversary I got DH a hammock! I was able to find one that was made of cotton material and it's basically a gift for both of us haha

@asf0613 I don’t think we do have any disinfecting spray. I’ll have to look. We have Clorox wipes so we will probably wipe everything down later even though that’s probably overkill. He touched nothing. Also I’ve been waking up feeling like that too and wasn’t even thinking it could be allergies. I thought my 1 drink a nignt was just really affecting me 😂
@feather_heather my vote is for the hammock! The mortgage broker we used called us and asked if we wanted to look into refinancing. She has called us before but then she ran the numbers and said it didn’t seem worth it for us. Otherwise I probably wouldn’t have pursued it on my own!
AFM I’m feeling less anxious about germs now that he’s done. He really didn’t touch anything so we should be good. My new stress was that I was supposed to tell him what number we were shooting for and I didn’t 🤦🏼♀️. I didn’t know if I was supposed to casually say it or just come out and say it, and when I tried to bring it up casually he pretty much shot me down. Fingers crossed!
