  Yes, 14 weeks is super early to tell. You should trust the person trained at looking at ultrasounds rather than strangers on the internet. At my anatomy scan, I said, "oh, is that the head?" "No, that's your cervix." This is my third pregnancy, and I still frequently don't know what I'm looking at. 
  
  Also, we tend to avoid making our own unique threads for ultrasound pics. Everyone who wants to share theirs does so in the ultrasound thread pinned at the top of the list of threads.
