Monday - Fried shrimp, roasted green beans, rice
Tuesday - Scallops in lemon butter and risotto
Wednesday - Pad grapow with chicken
Thursday - Roasted salmon, cherry tomatoes, asparagus
Friday - Mexican chicken alfredo

-paninis and mixed greens salad
-harissa lentil soup
-veggie burgers and tater tots

-takeout because I always derail our plans at least once a week!!

For breakfast at work, I prepped a ham, cheese, and spinach frittata for the week. For lunches, I prepped a giant salad in a 9 x 13 pan. The soup I made for dinner tonight makes a million servings so I'll probably take that with the salad most days.
And despite all that planning...I guarantee I'll give into my constant craving for Fish and Chips more than once this week.
