How are you feeling this week? I feel good! Keep waking up really early so I'm tired from that, but I have energy and no more nausea. Last Sunday I had a long woozy spell but no repeats since then.
What are you doing to stay active? Cycling, pilates, walking
How did you do last week? OK. I went to pilates last Saturday and did two 20-minute cycling workouts in the evening this week. I'd like to up that to three 30-minute sessions over the next couple weeks.
Any goals for next week? Go to pilates tomorrow, 3 cycling workouts as noted above.
GTKY: What's your favorite Girl Scout cookie? If they're not your thing, what else could you take down a full box of in one sitting? I used to always say thin mints, but honestly I think I've evolved into a caramel delites girl. I'm averaging half a box a day right now but swear I'll get my act together soon.
How are you feeling this week?: Energy is up and down, nausea is still up and down, but I'm determined to hang tight.
What are you doing to stay active?: I've managed to make it 9 miles on my stationary bike for 5 days a week the last two consecutive weeks.
How did you do last week?: Pretty good. See above.
Any goals for next week?: I want to get back into yoga, I kind of gave up on it and I can feel my upper body strength fading fast. I really want to commit to at least 20 minutes of yoga on Saturdays and Sundays.
GTKY: What's your favorite Girl Scout cookie? If they're not your thing, what else could you take down a full box of in one sitting?: Peanut Butter Patties are my weakness. I don't buy them, I can't handle them around. Honestly, I can't handle anything chocolate and peanut butter around.
@emiliadkay That's so awesome you are able to make your workouts after working all day. Can you give me some of the energy?!
@RedBaramid I'm so impressed with your cycling! Go you!!!
How are you feeling this week? Each week is a bit better... nausea is still here and there but the fatigue is lingering more. Stuffed nose still since day 1!
What are you doing to stay active? I'd love to do more after work, but I'm just so dang tired. I walked the incline on the treadmill twice last weekend and did some squats and light weights. I can't wait for warmer weather to take my dog on long walks after dinner.
How did you do last week? See above.
Any goals for next week? I'd like to start prenatal yoga at home since it's hard to find a studio that has a prenatal class at a time that will work with my schedule. Any videos that you girls would recommend?
GTKY: What's your favorite Girl Scout cookie? If they're not your thing, what else could you take down a full box of in one sitting? I love Samoas/Caramel Delites! I ordered a box from my cousin's daughter and can.not.wait until they come in!!!

How are you feeling this week? pretty sore... finally did more than just some walking and my legs are feeling it
What are you doing to stay active? made a goal to go to the gym 3x this week, and I think I'll hit it over the weekend. it's a big change for me since I used to go 5-6 days a week, no questions asked
How did you do last week? I hadn't been working out much... before pregnancy I did olympic weightlifting, stopped that pretty much immediately because it seemed to exacerbate some undesirable symptoms... and then between that and the fatigue, I had just been doing some walking to stay active
Any goals for next week? go to the gym 3x again, maybe add in a yoga class
GTKY: What's your favorite Girl Scout cookie? If they're not your thing, what else could you take down a full box of in one sitting? thin mints are my favorite I think, but I wouldn't turn down any flavor if it was in front of me 😂
Im going to go ahead and join in here because its the first week I have even thought about getting back to my workout regimen since first tri symptoms hit.
How are you feeling this week? The best I have felt since POAS!
What are you doing to stay active? planning to go to the gym for my prepregnancy regular programming of yoga and spin
How did you do last week? last week was still about survival for me in terms of pregnancy symptoms but I did make it to DDs swim class does that count?
Any goals for next week? yoga or spin at least 3 times
GTKY: What's your favorite Girl Scout cookie? Tagalongs (are they called peanut butter patties elsewhere??) and I am (not so) patiently awaiting the deliver of my 3 boxes from my cookie dealer (my friends 7 year old haha)
@maelove Lol yep, PB patties = tagalongs. (These are the important translation skills I've acquired in my 32 years.) If your DD is as wriggly with back floats as my DS is swim definitely counts as a workout!
@ziggymama06 What helps me most with after-work exercise is (i) laying out workout clothes in the a.m. (so I feel guilty about my former self's good intentions if I don't follow through) and (ii) telling myself I "just" have to do 15-20 minutes and can head straight for the PJs. I think you're right that better weather will make such a difference when it comes. Working out, even indoors, is just way more intimidating when it's cold out.
How are you feeling this week? I’ve been wiped out after wrapping up a really big project at work on Tuesday, and I’ve had vertigo since Wednesday.
What are you doing to stay active? Mostly yoga, strength training, and the elliptical at the gym at my office.
How did you do last week? Not great on the workout front this past week due to the fatigue and vertigo. All I’ve done is yoga on two days. Better on the nutrition front. I’ve been consistently bringing a big salad with tofu for lunch and have been more mindful about my sugar intake.
Any goals for next week? Work out more frequently. Exercise is really important for my mental health, and I feel really off if I’m not doing to consistently. I’m hoping the weather will be good enough that I can at least take a walk in the evenings.
GTKY: What's your favorite Girl Scout cookie? If they're not your thing, what else could you take down a full box of in one sitting? Peanut butter patties and caramel delights for sure. I have only had one PB patty this season and no caramel delights because I’m trying to resist the temptation ☹️
How are you feeling this week? Mostly good. Ab workouts are causing a lot of soreness and pull on my pelvis so I’m definitely going to modify those and go way easy on abs. I also already feel extra pull in my lower abs from where they’re separating.
What are you doing to stay active? Running 3-4x/wk and HIIT 1-2x/wk
How did you do last week? I got in 4 runs this week varying from 2 miles to 5 miles plus HIIT twice. My 5k was a last minute decision and did that in place of my usual Friday HIIT. I have an 8 mile run with my run group tomorrow! Last longer run before my half next Saturday!
Any goals for next week? Next week will be an easy week. Will run 2x and do HIIT once then rest into my half on Saturday.
GTKY: What's your favorite Girl Scout cookie? If they're not your thing, what else could you take down a full box of in one sitting? Caramel delights and peanut butter patties are usually good to me. But they grossed me out this year. Thanks, baby boy.
