  Dumb question:  Does wheatgrass taste like asss?  Or do you guys take pills?

  Yes, the powder tastes like total As$. ?The pills smell pretty offensive, but you don't taste anything.

  Ok, well, I do, because I am a spaz who can barely swallow pills so it stays in my mouth too long. ?But a normal person won't taste a thing.?

  I keep wondering if I should do the wheatgrass thing, but I am not sure I could handle the smell and burps.  But hell, if it means it might help things...

  No, I think that's the most important time to take them to ensure that the follicles/eggs grow healthy with all the good stuff. I stopped taking them at ER.

  Kimarino, I did the pills, and they smelled awful in the bottle, but once separated from the pack they weren't as bad. I downed them with gatorade plus some extra to chase and didn't have too much trouble with them.

  Do you HAVE to stop taking/using it after ER/ET..??..  I don't use it every day, but I do sort-of like (I know...) the taste of it considering it's good for you - I just put a heaping teaspoon of natural honey in my green tea and ginger....tastes pretty good....but you have to keep on mixing it because the honey makes it lump up - but all-in-all it's not that bad (alone it is though..)

  i was taking the liquid form in a small glass of juice and you couldn't taste it. it looks like mushy grass, but i couldn't taste it.

  I actually just stopped it altogether this cycle. Interestingly, the past few months i was on it, my FSH got higher and higher- when i have read so much about it lowering it. Could be coincidence, but i couldn't help it and just stopped.?
