Light headed, heart pounding after flight of stairs

in 1st Trimester
I have heard being lightheaded or dizzy can happen during second tri semester but not first. Has anyone experienced this during the first 6 weeks?

    Lightheaded feelings can absolutely happen first trimester. Your body is working to make extra blood to support the pregnancy. Totally normal.

    I'm currently 5w2d along and the lightheaded/dizzy/out of breath feeling was one of my first pregnancy symptoms, so yes, it is very possible to have these symptoms this early in pregnancy. Every body is different.

    Absolutely. Dizziness was my first sign I was pregnant. Almost like vertigo for two weeks lol. Still get out of breath going up a flight of stairs but at least the dizziness is getting better!! (7weeks)
