  Did your doctor say they were concerned? If not, I'd say you can't see anything yet because you're not actually 5-weeks. If you weren't temping to confirm ovulation or weren't already working with a doctor to get pregnant (like IVF) then until they can see something measurable it's just a guess. Some spotting and bleeding is pretty normal in early pregnancy. Are they doing blood tests to see if your HCG is rising?

  Your full name and OB's name are clearly visible on these. I'd suggest removing the pictures/cropping them for internet safety reasons. 
  5 weeks is very early to see much on a scan. Hopefully your next scan shows appropriate growth. As the PP said - asking your OB for Betas to make sure there's an appropriate HCG rise can be reassuring. Good luck.

  You are likely just seeing an artifact in the top of the gestational sac. At 5 weeks there usually isn’t anything to see, maybe a yolk sac. A fetal pole will not be seen until after 6 weeks, especially if an abdominal ultrasound is done like you have there. Chances are better with a transvaginal ultrasound.
