@caseysunshine1986 That's when I got mine done the first couple of times! I was heavily pregnant with DS and was like....I don't even know what it looks like down there anymore.

@lachnessmomster I've had them before but was planning on picking back up while preggo... but I'm so sensitive now I can't even pluck my eyebrows, eek! Does the hypersensitivity go away??

During my first pregnancy, I had Brazilians done every four weeks until I was about 36 weeks or so. It wasn't the pain that bothered me. It was lying there on my back that sucked.

ETA: And, after birth I kept having them done until about three years ago!

@ziggymama06 I mean, I'm sure it depends on the person. It's not fun, by any means, but I didn't find it particularly excruciating during pregnancy or anything. I did sweat a whole lot, though, which was a little embarrassing.

@kgrgreen I didn’t realize Brazilians took 12 hours, often required stitches, and took 6+ weeks to recover from 😉. Definitely not getting one now!

Generally, "they say" waxing is more painful while pregnant due to increased blood flow. I'm sure YMMV though.
