Trying to Get Pregnant

Re: TWW 01/10

  • month/Cycle: 6/3

    CD/DPO:  56/?

    Timing: 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Typical LP length: 11-12

Testing: WFAF after BND @ CD 30

R/R: I love here now lol waiting for AF to come gah  also got hit with some serious sneezing fits, nasal congestion and watery eyes yesterday. I never knew my body could make this much snot  so now I’ve got my Kleenex and Vaseline with me everywhere I go lol

    CS/Q: nope

  • @tryingktogku sorry about the seemingly neverending cycle. Do you plan on talking to your doctor soon if AF doesn't show by CD 60?

    Month/Cycle: 2/2

    CD/DPO: 14/1-2?

Timing: Hahahaha awful. I've had negative OPKs all cycle so there was no indication aside from slight CM changes that I was about to O. I'm in pretty okay spirits about it given the fact that we want to hopefully get my pelvic pain figured out.

    Typical LP length: 14 days

Testing: Maybe if AF doesn't show by 1-25

R/R: I see my ObGyn about my intense pelvic pain on Tuesday so that's actually exciting. It was nice to be able to track my pain through a full cycle, but I'm super done with the pain and I'm ready for some answers.

    CS/Q: not right now

  • @ashaislurking I hope you get answers about the pelvic pain soon and they can help find a way to make it stop! Are you temping too or just OPKs? And I have a referral to an OB but the wait time is 6-9months and my family doc can’t do anything for me .... very frustrating
  • @tryingktogku I am temping as well. That's my primary way of tracking my cycles. I'm sorry you have such a long wait to see your ObGyn!

  • @tryingktogku A family doctor is the US is perfectly capable of prescribing medicines like provera. If your family doctor isn't willing to give you basic care while you wait for your OBGYN referral you either need a new family doctor or you need to really push for proper care with the doctor you have. I'm kinda baffled and enraged on your behalf that your doctor is refusing you care. I'm sorry for the long frustrating cycle. I hope it ends soon.

@ashaislurking fingers crossed you get some answers and some resolution to the pain. Chronic pain is awful.

  • @tryingktogku I agree with everything @NamelessAria just said. I would not be taking that as an answer. A regular doctor can superscribe something like provera to jumpstart a period, it doesn't need to be an OB. I also still don't understand how there is a 6-9 month wait to see an OB, that is so enraging!!  I hope you can Push harder to get your Dr. to get you the care that you need.

  • I agree with everything @NamelessAria and @kpearse99 said. @tryingktogku are you in the US? That wait time sounds like something I’d see in only very rural areas but have also seen in Canada.
  • Month/Cycle: 2/2

    CD/DPO: 28/10

    Timing: -4, -2, O

Typical LP length: 10 days based on only month of data I have so I’m sure it might vary.

Testing: Sunday if AF hasn’t shown up

R/R: Hurray it’s Friday!!! I have to clean the house and take down the tree and decorations tomorrow (boo). But on the upside I also have a friends bonfire to go to tomorrow night.

  • @tryingktogku  Colds are miserable.  I hope that you feel better soon!

@ashaislurking  I hope that you are one step closer to finally getting an answer about your pain.

    Month/Cycle: 5/5

    CD/DPO: 26/13

    Timing: -4, -1, 0

    Typical LP length: 14

    Testing: BFN yesterday (FRER)

R/R:  I'm looking forward to the weekend!

    CS/Q: nope

  • @tryingtogku I agree that sounds like an unreasonable wait time and response from you PCP. Maybe call your insurance to see if they can provide another in-network OB for you to contact.

@krystrist2014 I'm definitely glad it's Friday, this week has been so long!

    Month/Cycle: 1/1

    CD/DPO: 30/13

    Timing: good I think

    Typical LP length: 🤷‍♀️

    Testing: BFN this morning

R/R: I'm really annoyed with this limbo. I'm WFAF but since she is taking her sweet ass time I thought maybe I might be KU. I couldn't sleep last night because I was only thinking about testing this morning. I was crampy and my cervix is really high so I had pretty much convinced myself I was totes KU. Nope.

  • @ashaislurking @NamelessAria @kpearse99 I am in Canada up north in a small city so unfortunately all I got to work with is what I have. My doc is good at referring when needed but not great at doing anything female related. However he is receptive to things I tell him. Ie it was my naturopathic doctor that diagnosed my PCOS then my PCP confirmed with blood tests. Maybe I’ll call the OB and see if I could get into a cancelation list. The thing that’s more frustrating is I know the OB won’t do anything but refer me to a REI (I’ve worked with the OB in the past). I could probably go to my PCP and ask for provera and he may give it to me but I’m not sure how helpful it’ll be as my main problem is I’m not ovulating, and Im not sure he would prescribe me clomid or letrozole
  • Yup. Still here. CD 48. I will dissapear and be back when this cycle ends. Its annoying but honestly, I realized today that there is no suuuper rush for me to get ku so in looking on the bright side... Its been nice to not bleed for 48 days. Now if only my moods would stabilize 😒
  • @tryingktogku getting prescribed Provera would jump start your period. So you could already move onto your next cycle while waiting to see the OB. It’s worth a shot to at least ask for it so you can move on to the next cycle, IMO.

  • @kpearse99 yeah I’ll be giving him a call! Thanks for for all the advice ladies. @keikilove I am but I work in nephrology and my docs are specialists not like PCPs and are too ethical to precise anything to us without us actually being one of their patients
  • Month/Cycle: 9

    CD/DPO: 15/2?

Timing: -6, +1...not great. MH wasn’t feeling well this past week, I was getting negatives from OPKs the whole time and didn’t really get a temp spike either so I don’t what’s going on. Probably going to be another bust on this cycle.

    Typical LP length: 🤷‍♀️

    Testing: n/a

R/R: I disappeared for a bit. Still going through some friend drama and it’s been hard not to think about it all the time. Ugh 😑

    CS/Q:

  • Still in the TWW but I just got over the flu! I don't know how to feel. I'm pretty sure this will be a bust and FX I don't get this sick again.
