WAYDTGKU: *sexually active ED to EOD during fertile week *OPKing *cycle tracking *healthy eating, prenatal vitamins, husband taking supplements/vitamins *exercise/yoga/meditation *fertility testing this coming week (Femvue, bloodwork, and SA) *sperm-friendly lubricant *currently consulting with doctors to find the cause of my Raynaud's Disease (possibly fibromyalgia related, but I'm being sent to a vascular doctor next Wednesday to rule out other problems)
WAYDTGKU: OPK, lots of vitamins including prenatals, Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism, BDing during fertile weeks and BBT
