Meal Plan Monday (12/30)

Does anyone want to share their meal plans for the week? I'm looking for food ideas. I don't have a meal plan right now because I'm really struggling with food and could use some food inspiration.

  • @modoodles I haven't meal prepped in SO long.. mainly because I have been in the same boat as you. I'm starting to feel a bit better so I have been adding more food slowly as I have the craving.

    I'm not sure what you can eat or what you feel like eating but lately, I have been eating:

    Breakfast: 
    Special K Red Berries and milk
    2nd Breakfast (if I'm hungry): 
    Peanut Butter perfect Bar or toast with cream cheese and Everything But the Bagel seasoning, apple
    Lunch:
    Bagel and Cream Cheese - OR - crispy chicken, plain rice, avocado and BBQ sauce (I've been on a BBQ sauce kick for some reason lol)
    Snack:
    Carrots and Ranch dip -OR- crackers and cheese with grapes -OR- strawberry/peach yogurt
    Dinner:
    This one is way up in the air since I feel worse around this time.. whatever sounds good at the moment. Usually, it's pizza, mac and cheese, some sort of rice dish, or grilled cheese with chicken noodle soup. 
    Snack:
    Cereal or sometimes ice cream if I'm feeling it.
