Constipation

Hey Mommies,

This is my first pregnancy. I'm 36 weeks 5 days today and I'm experiencing constipation since few days now. I have not faced it before this in my whole pregnancy. 

Kindly help, as it's making me uncomfortable, I mean it's not painful but I would like to poo 🥺

    Take a laxative. Your OB can tell you which ones are safe for pregnancy.
