Hey you guys- I am 6 and a half weeks and today I found a very tiny light brown blob in my discharge. Now my discharge occasionally has a very light pink hue to it. Do you think I could be miscarrying? Is this normal ? Please let me know
@jbd11 unfortunately it could be one of many things, I really hope it’s just a little spotting and not a big deal. How far along are you? Would your OB be able to get you in tomorrow or ASAP?
@feelingjovani I'm so sorry for your loss. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. Like others have said, I hope you have the space to grieve however you need to.
Update: I went into the doctor yesterday morning and everything looked ok. They couldn’t find a source of the spotting and the baby is alive. Glad for now everything is ok!
i woke up this morning to a much darker pink mucous discharge and some mild cramping. I am having a bad feeling about all this I’m trying to get a doctors appt for today but I’m very nervous.
@jbd11 when I talked to the nurse at my doctors office she said cramping could be related to not drinking enough water and generally all the growing of one’s uterus. Keeping good thoughts for you and hoping your doctor is able to get you in right away today!
I went in for my first appointment yesterday and he didnt seem super concerened with the spotting. I however still am. I have blood work today for Beta HCG and am being booked for an urgent ultrasound. Canada moves slow 😠
Got in today for my ultrasound, baby is good, heartbeat of 125, 6 weeks and 4 days.
I have a 6.3 cm cyst on my left ovary. I get them every three or so cycles and they rupture after a month or so. Possibly where the blood was from. No spotting now, a bit after the internal US.
Best Christmas gift ever was my bf smiling and a few tears after.
Update: I ended up spotting all day yesterday - the discharge became darker and darker until it was bright red. Today I woke up with heavier bleeding and even passed what looks like tissue:(. The doctor did an ultrasound and I do still have a gestational sac but it is only measuring at 5 weeks.
We are all 90% sure it’s a miscarriage but I will have a follow up appt on Monday
