Cravings/Aversions: No garlic/onions. Wants: Cookies...esp. peanut butter cookies! Meat? I am not really craving meat, but I don't eat it by choice often and have eaten it a lot this past week.
Upcoming appts: Not 'til Jan.
Rants/Raves: DH left the back door open at times during the weekend bc it was gorgeous outside a lot, & he knows I hate when he does this bc it lets bugs in--and so I was up for TWO(+) HOURS last night because I got up to pee and when I tried to go back to bed a mosquito was buzzing in my ear on and off forever and then my arm was itchy and then I was itchy all over. In better news, my terrible awful no good very bad zit is much better, even though the bridge of my nose is still super side and it still looks like I have a bit of a black eye. I guess I need a rave: some of my student's final projects I graded were really good?

GTKY: What is your ONE favorite song to listen to this time of year? My fave xmas song is "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," so that one--and esp. the versions that say "through the years we all will be together / if the fates allow / hang a shining star upon the highest bough"--I just like those words better, I have n-o-t-h-i-n-g against Judy Garland or her beautiful version haha.

Cravings/Aversions: I'm at the part of my pregnancy where I'm craving milk. This happened with DS too at the same exact time. So I'm eating cereal and drinking milk. No aversions anymore!
Upcoming appts: Tomorrow, 12/17 for my 1 hour glucose test and ultrasound to check on my placenta placement. My tummy has grown a lot since 20 weeks so I'm hoping that means my placenta has moved upwards with it!
Rants/Raves: Rant: I got the WORST charley horse in my right calf while asleep two nights ago. Now I feel like it's a pulled muscle and I'm walking with a limp. Ouch! Also, not looking forward to tomorrow's sugar hangover courtesy of the glucose test.🥴 Rave: Feeling baby girl kick daily now. It's the best feeling!💗

@kagesstarshroom I get so annoyed at DH when he leaves doors open and bugs get in. I am such a nag. And those lines are how I like my have yourself a merry little xmas too. My mom used to play the same two CDs when we hung ornaments. and when I hear any other take of the songs from those albums, I’m like this isn’t right ha.

Rants/Raves: I feel like I’m feeling baby kicks less prominently, and it makes me sad. I still feel them throughout the day, but not as strong. On the bright side—4 more days until my winter break!!
Questions:
GTKY: What is your ONE favorite song to listen to this time of year? Uh...pass. I’m Jewish so Christmas songs don’t do much for me, and as a music teacher I spend a ton of time teaching and singing Christmas/winter songs. Although there are many I like, I never actually seek them out because they’re just pervasive.
