Trying to Get Pregnant

WTO Weekend of December 14/15

**This is a thread that welcomes all regardless of where they are at in their TTC journeys. Please be mindful of topics that are discussed that could be hurtful to those going through tough times. Mention of children or pregnancies of others should have a TW (trigger warning) and be in a spoiler if possible, and only be mentioned if it is extremely pertinent to the conversation. Thanks for keeping this a safe place for us all to engage!**

Re: WTO Weekend of December 14/15

  • Month/Cycle: 8

    CD: 15

WAYDTGKU: new to temping/timing...I’m somewhere around WTO and TWW. Still figuring out reading the charts.

R/R: so over this cold season and being sick. I’ve never really got into the habit of taking vitamins everyday other than the folic acid but I think I need to start. Ordered a prenatal with immune boosters included that should arrive tomorrow. I’ve been sick a ridiculous amount the last two months  :/

    CS/Q:

GTKY: What is your favorite self-care activity? Sitting down with some knitting in a comfy chair, wearing my pjs and putting on a podcast or documentary.

  • @keeponknittingon welcome to the dailies! Sorry you haven't been feeling well lately. I hope things get better for you soon!

    Month/Cycle: 1/1

    CD: 7

WAYDTGKU: BBT, EOD, CM charting, prenatal+B6

R/R: I started having really severe low abdominal pains yesterday (Friday), and they kept getting worse overnight so I went to urgent care as soon as they opened this morning (Saturday). They sent me to the ER, and there they ran a lot of tests and diagnosed me with a cyst on my right ovary and they want me to talk to my PCP or ObGyn about the possibility of endometriosis because of how severe the pain is. Not the way I wanted to spend my birthday...

    CS/Q: Not today

GTKY: What is your favorite self-care activity? Sleeping or playing guitar

  • @ashaislurking happy belated birthday. I’m so sorry you had to spend it that way. That sucks :( I hope they get you some answers soon.
  • @keeponknittingon I hope I get some answers soon too. I'll be calling my ObGyn in the morning to do some brainstorming and figure out what our next step will be.
