GTKY- What is your favorite winter/snow activity? (If you’ve never lived in a cold winter climate, what do you think you’d love?) I love to ski, but not right now obviously.
Upcoming Appts: Next monday for my 28 week, trap, and growth US.
Symptoms/Cravings: Some back pain here and there, pelvis is feeling a little better. No real cravings currently.
Rants/Raves: It's definitely getting tough to bend over! I joked before I had the advantage on that because being a fat girl I've always had a belly in the way...but oof....
Questions: None right now!
GTKY- What is your favorite winter/snow activity? (If you’ve never lived in a cold winter climate, what do you think you’d love?) Honestly I hate it all...lol I hate getting my clothes wet, and I hate bundling up because by the time I've gotten layered up, I'm sweaty as heck and then going out in the cold....no thanks! Lol I guess with that said, my favorite activity is sitting inside in some fuzzy PJs and a cup of hot cocoa!
Symptoms/Cravings: back and foot pain, acid reflex heartburn. spaghetti randomly last night and I so didn’t want to cook SO cooked it for me to my surprise😊 I was all for leftovers to make it simple
Rants/Raves: I normally not the person to use the “I’m pregnant” excuse but was extremely irritated when an extended family member ate off my thanksgiving plate without asking (also he has been so sick that he was in bed for the five days leading up to thanksgiving) I could have sworn that it’s taboo to eat food off a pregnant women’s plate
Questions:
GTKY- What is your favorite winter/snow activity? (If you’ve never lived in a cold winter climate, what do you think you’d love?)its been so long since I lived in a snow state but my favorite memories were trekking into the mountains to cut down a tree and sledding😊 @char245 I’ve never been skiing but have always wanted to SO family just went up to Colorado in November to go skiing and we stayed home because I didn’t want to be the only one sitting inside the whole time I’d rather spend the money when I can enjoy it as well
Symptoms/Cravings: Good other than some pelvic/lower abdomen discomfort. I recently started using a maternity belt and that seems to help.
Rants/Raves: Rant- so not looking forward to the cold weather! Rave- I love getting ready for the holidays knowing next year will be baby's first Christmas
Questions: Nope!

What is your favorite winter/snow activity? (If you’ve never lived in a
cold winter climate, what do you think you’d love?) Years ago I went snowboarding a few times but I'm really not coordinated enough for it. I do love watching my dogs play in the snow because they are so funny. But sitting in front of the fire with some hot chocolate while I crochet is a great winter day.

GTKY- What is your favorite winter/snow activity? (If you’ve never lived in a cold winter climate, what do you think you’d love?) I love watching my 4 year old out tobogganing! As long as it’s not too cold! Hahah but I love seeing the joy in his eyes!
Upcoming Appts: just drank the glucola drink for my blood draw in an hour. OB on the 13th
Symptoms/Cravings: heartburn 😖
Rants/Raves: started to feel anxious about getting things done before the baby comes. With the holidays I feel like I don’t have as much time to devote to checking things off that list.

GTKY- What is your favorite winter/snow activity? (If you’ve never lived in a cold winter climate, what do you think you’d love?) I love sitting inside, curled up on the couch and watching the snow fall. I hate driving in it. Haha. I’m a new englander born and raised. Not sure what is wrong with me. Lol.
Rants/Raves: Rant, I'm so tired. Pregnancy insomnia is such a cruel joke. Rave, looking forward to hitting the 3rd trimester mark on Friday!
Questions:
GTKY- What is your favorite winter/snow activity? (If you’ve never lived in a cold winter climate, what do you think you’d love?) I live in southern Ontario and we get a lot of snow.. But I have a bad knee so I've never been able to really participate in winter sports.. So other than a well bundled hike on a plowed trail, I'd say sitting inside by the fire and watching the snow come down would be my fav snow activity
Upcoming Appts: Yesterday. It was a productive one. Ultrasound was great. Baby was sucking on her fingers. I wondered if this is something she is just doing in utero or of she is also going to do it outside. My siblings and I were huge thumb/finger suckers. Day and night. My placenta isn't previa anymore! It moved up. Baby is measuring right on track. Got my Tdap shot and did the glucose test. Still waiting for the results. The orange drink wasn't so bad. I wish it would have been refrigerated though. Breast pump is ordered (Spectra S1 with the shoulder bag and extra bottles). Now I just have to book birthing/breastfeeding classes and hospital tour.
Symptoms/Cravings: Nothing. I feel totally normal. I was on my feet for 12+ hours last Friday and Saturday installing new flooring. My back didn't hurt at all, just my legs because we were constantly getting up and down and on our knees (with knee pads of course). My belly wasn't even in my way. I totally forgot I was pregnant.
Rants/Raves: New floors! We removed the carpet in the family room and installed luxury vinyl planks (Mannington Adura Max for those interested). It feels so nice and warm. I bought a rug on cyber Monday for the couch area and we just have to do the shoe moulding all around the room and it will be complete! Now, my H and I fought a lot during the process... Every time there was a challenge, he acted like it was the end of the world . Also, he likes to do the work fast, even if it doesn't look good. He has no patience. I am the opposite. I take my time, undo some of the work we just did if necessary but it is going to look like a pro did it. I inspected each square inch of that floor along the way to make sure it was perfect.

GTKY- What is your favorite winter/snow activity? (If you’ve never lived in a cold winter climate, what do you think you’d love?) I love skiing but I haven't done it in a long time. We got a huge snow storm last week and snow blowing/shoveling is a pain. It looks like a Hallmark movie outside but snow is a pain

Symptoms/Cravings: sour and salty still. Some left sciatica that comes and goes
Rants/Raves: did 1 hour glucose Monday and failed big time. 3 hour yesterday and waiting on results. Not sure what happens if this is abnormal bc my OB already thought I wasn’t gaining enough... have me watch my food more?! Waiting with fingers crossed that this one is okay. But drinking the orange drink twice wasn’t my favorite

GTKY- What is your favorite winter/snow activity? (If you’ve never lived in a cold winter climate, what do you think you’d love?) ice skating!
@22ksi2 I failed my 1 hour. He said not by much but I think by a lot. I was supposed to be below 7.5(I think) and I was 10.5. Ours is a 2 hour here and we just drink one of the orange drinks but it has 75G of glucose (I think also lol). But my doctor has commented how I haven’t gained much either and I’m wondering the same as you! Maybe I have to make sure I’m eating more balanced but still try and hit a specific calorie amount. 🤷🏻♀️ Hopefully it comes back okay and if not hopefully they have a plan for you! Or someone to talk to!
