Hi Everyone - This will be our third baby with EDD of 7/19 based on LMP. We just found out after having been away for our 5 year wedding anniversary & are thrilled and a little nervous as our son and this baby will only be 16 months apart. We also have a 2.5 year old daughter and a 7 year old Shiba Inu puppy. My first two both have March birthdays ('17 & '19) so I am excited to *hopefully* be having a summer baby this time around! I have had 2 c-sections (emergency and scheduled) so that will be the plan this time around as well. Looking forward to following along with everyone the next 9 months
Hi Everyone! My EDD is July 8th. I have my first appt. the first week of December.
How I found out? Same way with my first, I was a week late and surprise, pregnant! I live in Ohio but born and raised in Michigan. My SO and I have a daughter who is 1 1/2yrs who is going on teenage years! I can’t believe how fast time goes!
Hello Everyone! I am cautiously introducing myself. I found I was pregnant 11/16 with a current due date of 7/24. I may have ovulated later, though--so that could change after my first ultrasound.
We currently have two kids--a 4-year-old boy and a 21 mo old boy. We also have two dogs--one of which is a 10-week old puppy. I am a preschool teacher and going back to school to get my reading certificate. Life is a little busy right now! DH owns his own business in agriculture. We are fortunate that we have all of our family nearby and we are all close.
Hopefully, I get to stick around and learn more about each of you ladies!
Hi @JonathansMommi2010! This board is actually for those of us expecting babies in July, not TTC. There’s a TTGP board on the Bump that would be a better fit for where you are right now.
EDD is July 20. I live in Florida and am a SAHM. My husband works in education and online retail. We have a 4-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son. I had HG with my previous pregnancies so I’m feeling a little nervous about being sick all pregnancy.
- EDD (Estimated Due Date) - FTM due July 31st, 2020. I am sticking to my Harry Potter due date like glue.
- How you found out - We did IVF and I just got the call from the nurse. I had taken a couple of tests, one on the 23rd and one on the 25th, but with all the meds I wasn't sure if I could trust the BFPs. I just wanted to have the experience of getting a BFP in my bathroom early in the morning!
- Hobbies, Job, Etc. - I am a knitter, a gamer, a reader and a role-player (a la Pathfinder/D&D). I have been a receptionist at an orthotics clinic for about 2 years, but my training was as a teacher. Love and miss the kids so much. Unfortunately, it just wasn't the profession for me.
- Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies - DH is nearly 37 and is a bigger nerd than me. We have two furbabies, Ellie and Ada. Ellie is a large husky/newfoundland mix and Ada, aka Fatso, is our very rotund tortoise shell cat.
- Anything you’d like us to know - I am so shocked and happy that I am here. First u/s is December 19th.
Yay @meri-mac! I had just barely started to participate over in ttgp when I got my bfp, but i lurk regularly and am hoping for success for every single person there.
**Lurking** Oh @meri-mac!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank goodness one of us got out!!!! That IF thread was due and you pulled it off!!!! I am so very freaking happy for you, my friend!!!! Literally, I let out a sigh of relief seeing this!!! So many wonderful wishes for you!!!!! xoxoxo We will miss you dearly!!!

-My EDD is July 4th -I was having PMS symptoms for about 2 weeks, lots of mild/dull cramping in my pelvis and lower back. I was waiting for my period to start but it just never did. I got worried something else was wrong (was not thinking I was pregnant - we had been trying but then took a little step back and thought about waiting a little longer). My sister convinced me my sx were pregnancy related and to take a test so I did, and here we are! -I am a kindergarten teacher in Texas, and my hobbies include ballet, shopping, being outdoors, cooking, just being with family/friends... -My husband works in dentistry and has recently retired from the USCG. We have a furbaby named Luna, She is a beautiful black standard Goldendoodle and she is our pride and joy (and will remain so even when baby is born). -This is my first baby and I am very nervous about the risks involved for the first trimester but trying really hard not to think about that and just enjoy it! We had our first appointment/sonogram last week (at 7 weeks) and all was well.
Hey everyone! My EDD- based on LMP is July 26! I have my first appointment on Dec. 4th so hoping for confirmation that day!
This is our first, and I was ttc obsessed . Took a test 11DPO and got the faintest line. 4 days later, period was supposed to start and only bled minimally. Test showed BFP the next morning!
I am a full time high risk labor and delivery nurse! But I also just put in an application for a Women’s health nurse practitioner program a few weeks before our positive. Life may get real busy! My husband and I love hiking, camping, backpacking. Otherwise I love reading, crocheting, and I’m an avid NetflixEr haha.
Husband is an accountant/finance guy for a lighting research and development company! We have three fur babies, a young Australian shepherd, a senior yorkie, and a cat Who adopted us back in college.
I’ve been lurking for a bit, happy to post and have a community for this new, nerve wracking, exciting time in our lives. Also I'm impatiently waiting for my first appointment 😭
*lurking* Woohoo @meri-mac! So many congratulations.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
I am Katie and greatful to be part of this group. Not so greatful for the morning sickness but we we do what we have to. Lol
- EDD (Estimated Due Date): July 14th, 2020
- How you found out: At home test
- Hobbies, Job, Etc: love doing crafts with my son. Also love seeing. Have a degree in fashion design that I never got to use too. I work as a CSR for a large coating and composites manufacturer.
- Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies: Sorry not familiar with the abreviations on here yet. Lol. I was actually just married this year on July 14, 19 which is funny cause it's our EDD for now too. Also I have a son who is 9. My husband is stepdad so this baby will be his first.
How I
found out: We had been TTC for a couple of months. I felt a little off, so I
tested. I have irregular cycles, so I’m not sure when I ovulated. My EDD is
just my best guess right now. It took us
over a year to conceive our first, so we are surprised/happy it happened
more quickly this time.
Hobbies, Job, Etc:
I’m a science teacher.
I love knitting and hiking, and I’m a big fantasy/scifi nerd.
Spouse, Partner, Kids, or
Furbabies: DH
is 34 and an engineer. We have a 2.5 year old son. We also have two furbabies:
a basset hound and an Australian cattle dog.
Anything you’d like us to
know: Although I’m super excited, I’m also a little nervous for
this pregnancy since I developed hyperemesis gravidarum with my son, and it was
rough.
- EDD (Estimated Due Date)
July 19th, 2020. Dr is pretty sure this is the date, but US next week to check. - How you found out
We have been trying for over a year. Had some tests done and Dr have Ovidrel shot. Everything was timed. Took a test the day before period was due and there was a line! - Hobbies, Job, Etc.
Hobbies: houseplants, movies, cooking, and The Sims 😬🤫
Job: Recruiter for a large bank - Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies
Husband is 29, and we have a 5 year old rescue pup. - Anything you’d like us to know 🙂
I’m 30 years old and hail from Minnesota. I have a SERIOUS fear of vomiting (and I think I saw someone else on here too that has this- I feel you!!) My appetite is completely gone and I’m not too happy about that since eating is probably the one thing that helps with my nausea. Luckily, it only happens in the afternoon and it’s not an every day occurrence 🤞🏼
I’m honestly just feeling indifferent about being pregnant and maybe it’s because reality hasn’t hit me yet. It feels weird not being too excited about it...

Hi everyone! I’m excited to be here.
EDD: July 28
How I found out: We had been TTC for a couple of months. I felt a little off, so I tested. I have irregular cycles, so I’m not sure when I ovulated. My EDD is just my best guess right now. It took us over a year to conceive our first, so we are surprised/happy it happened more quickly this time.
Hobbies, Job, Etc: I’m a science teacher. I love knitting and hiking, and I’m a big fantasy/scifi nerd.
Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies: DH is 34 and an engineer. We have a 2.5 year old son. We also have two furbabies: a basset hound and an Australian cattle dog.
Anything you’d like us to know: Although I’m super excited, I’m also a little nervous for this pregnancy since I developed hyperemesis gravidarum with my son, and it was rough.
- How you found out We have been trying for over a year. Had some tests done and Dr have Ovidrel shot. Everything was timed. Took a test the day before period was due and there was a line!
- Hobbies, Job, Etc. Hobbies: houseplants, movies, cooking, and The Sims 😬🤫 Job: Recruiter for a large bank
- Spouse, Partner, Kids, or Furbabies Husband is 29, and we have a 5 year old rescue pup.
- Anything you’d like us to know 🙂 I’m 30 years old and hail from Minnesota. I have a SERIOUS fear of vomiting (and I think I saw someone else on here too that has this- I feel you!!) My appetite is completely gone and I’m not too happy about that since eating is probably the one thing that helps with my nausea. Luckily, it only happens in the afternoon and it’s not an every day occurrence 🤞🏼 I’m honestly just feeling indifferent about being pregnant and maybe it’s because reality hasn’t hit me yet. It feels weird not being too excited about it...
