I’ll post one because I know a lot of people don’t like to post early on and I’m further along being due at the beginning of the month. Due 5/5. 15+1 today. TTM.
@rox7777 I have that shirt I will post in a bit. I have a photo that I took a few days ago. I feel like my bump is so obvious to me, but I don't think a lot of others notice yet!
@pirateduck I totally go basic on maternity tops. The fancy ones are cute, but kind of impractical because I usually have to go up another size late second trimester.
I have a small upper body and carry my weight low so I feel like that contributes to my showing. Also TTM. I’ve shown earlier with each baby. But mostly I feel like I’m all boob. Officially up two sizes already. 😭
I'm feeling pretty blumpy, but it's mostly because I can't suck in my stomach anymore. My MIL already touched my stomach without asking. She waited like a whopping 14 hours after finding out and was like "Oh, now I see it!" and I was super annoyed. It was my upper stomach, which is not where the baby is... I just can't suck it in like I normally would.

@shamrocandroll "oh, now I see it" I am rolling my eyes right now, like what exactly are we supposed to see when? Everybody's body is different. If you can't suck it in I feel like it's your real bump finally and not just bloat, something to be excited about not embarrassed about. Is your MIL normally a very touchy person? I feel like I am not a touchy person in general and I'm gonna lose it the first time someone tried to touch my bump.
@shamrocandroll MIL has touched my stomach twice now. Once at like 6 weeks and once around 10 weeks. Both times I didn’t even have a bump yet, just some barely noticeable bloat. Next time I’m throwing her hand off. She knows I hate being touched in general. I don’t even hug.
I'm a FTM and feel like I've been showing since like 8 weeks lol. @shamrocandroll I've been the same way where my upper stomach is all bloated to the point where I can't suck it in but I'm like, that's not where baby is! Maybe it's because I'm so short so things are already cramped? I'm only 5'1". Also MH is 6'6" and I'm confident baby will be massive. I swear my belly wasn't this big right before getting pregnant. I did gain 12 lbs in the first trimester 😭. Finally steadying out though.
I'm 13+2 now and will definitely post a pic later.
@pirateduck Nah, it's definitely because I'm a STM and my ab muscles are already pre-separated, so I can't suck in my upper stomach area even though the baby is still down closer to my hips. I'm also like a size 14ish so not small to begin with. And yes, my MIL has no sense of personal boundaries in either conversation or physical contact. She still smacks my husband on a regular basis and I asked her to stop doing that because I don't want my kid to see it. Basically she's just uncomfortable/awful to be around on a constant basis. If she ever tries to smack me I'll deck her, and if she ever hits my kid, then... well... a shovel will be involved.

Yeah, not showing at all, though my pants are starting to get tight. Just jumping in to say if MIL touched my stomach ever I would likely freak out on her. The only person who touched me without asking was my principal with DD and he rubbed my belly and said hi baby when I was like 10 weeks and not very pregnant at all. It was super awkward.
@lisush My brother & SIL are the same heights - SIL 5'0 and my bro 6'6 - they have 3 kids and none of them have been huge babies (born around EDD's). There is hope for you!
@shamrocandroll yes! I still have diastasis recti from DD so I looked pregnant before even conceiving. And then when the hormones hit, my abs just 1000% gave up and I look 5 months preggo 🤦🏻♀️
ALSO, cherry on top: I have had an outie belly button my entire life. It never went back to normal from pregnancy and legit looks like a 35 week pregnant belly button at all times. When I wear spanks, it’s often just to squish down my belly button!
Here it is - the 13+2 blump. I've definitely looked like this after a big meal when not pregnant, but it's all the time now and just gets worse with food. I'm not ashamed to admit how many tries it took to actually get a good angle haha. You all make it look so easy!
This was taken at 14+1. FTM. I only have a tiny belly in the am, but I get bloated through the day. Although it seems to be staying around more now. I am short and have a short torso, so I think I’ll have a big belly.
Aww love these pics! I definitely just look bloated also and only sometimes. When I saw my MIL this weekend she was annoyed there was no bump. Sorry not sorry I can’t make my bump pop on demand 🙄. She’s obsessed with buying me maternity clothes, but no offense we have completely different styles. Just bought myself some leggings on Amazon so I don’t have to squeeze into my skinny pants at work anymore lol
Everyone’s bumps are so cute! I have to admit, I’m a bump patter with my friends and sisters, but never strangers and never without asking. I’m kind of dreading it for whenever the first time comes...my bump is mostly just looks like my regular pouch but getting slightly bigger.
It’s insane how much bigger I am this time around. I didn’t show until 22/23 weeks last time, but had crazy bloat. This time, the evening bloat looks like 6 months pregnant lol it’s WILD
I’ll play. I know my Ute is up above my pubic bone now, but not much. So I think the “bump” is because my Ute is pushing my fat and organs up and some bloat. I am also short (5’1”) with a short torso. I'm also a STM, but this is my third pregnancy.
@m6agua Haha, I'm in the same boat. I definitely look like I have a bump, but the part that sticks out most is squishy, so it's just fat and organs being displaced and I can't suck in anymore. That was the part my MIL touched on Sunday and I was like like "Ew, no." I'm looking forward to getting out of the awkward blumpy stage.

@m6agua@shamrocandroll I’m in the same boat of it just being uncontrolled bloat 😂 very squishy and jiggly... I would be totally fine if the baby got a little bigger so it at least felt less like jell-o!
I had lost over 50 lbs from last October through the summer. I’ve gained 12lbs (and I don’t even care) but I basically just look like my before picture from weight loss. Definitely don’t look pregnant yet. 😭
