Ultrasound showed something with baby heart

At my 20 week  scan I did the  anatomy ultrasound and they say  they saw something with baby's heart what can it be I'm worried

    You're really better off asking your doctor this question. There are plenty of conditions that could cause an abnormal reading on an ultrasound, and by just saying "something with the baby's heart" is not enough to make a determination. Call your OB for a follow-up ASAP.

    I have a appt to see a high risk  dr that all my ob said was they sat something with the heart on the ultrasound
