Possible Implantation?? Looking for advice!!

Hi everyone!!

So AF is due in 2 days for me (on Saturday). For the past week and a half I have been having pretty sore breasts and a lot of twinges in my lower stomach area... then Tuesday and Wednesday I had really bad lower back ache constantly. Yesterday I also noticed a very light pink (almost orangeish) color when I wiped. Only one time though and then it didn’t happen again! This morning I woke up feeling normal... breasts are no longer sore, but I might still have slight cramping going on. Has anyone else experienced this?? Could this have been implantation happening the past couple of days? And if it was implantation, would it still be too early to test??

Could be or couldn’t be, we can’t tell you what’s up inside your body. Sometimes people spot. I have for over half my cycles and have obviously never been pregnant.

@hannahj223 you’re in the wrong place. You seem like a very nice person but perhaps lurking this forum a little and, maybe, I don’t know...reading the community rules before posting would help. This is TRYING to get pregnant. Many members have never been pregnant before and therefore would never have gone through what you’re describing. Also, it’s explicitly against TB rules to ask if you’re pregnant, even in a roundabout way. So instead of getting snippy, perhaps take this question to a more appropriate board.

I just joined The Bump for some help and guidance as I am 18 years old and might be pregnant. I do not have anyone to talk to about this which is why I was looking for advice. I have seen a lot of posts with people asking questions like this, so excuse me for trying to join in and get help. You both have done a wonderful job of welcoming me to this lovely community lol. Thanks for all the harassment and making my situation even worse.

hannahj223 One of the rules say you're not supposed to ask if you're PG, even in a roundabout way. ALso, this is a COMMUNITY where we follow some established rules. Plus, if I were attacking you I wouldn't have posted funny GIFs. Trust me, you're getting off lightly. But you legit just burst into a room, ignored ALL of our rules, upset a bunch of people (Trust me, you did... I'm just the first to really show it to you), and now are getting persnickety about it. Follow the steps I said and you'll get a completely different response...

in all seriousness I'm sure you're scared since I assume it would be an unplanned pregnancy (which I can't even begin to understand) but we truly can't tell you what's going on with your body. just take a test the day your period is due. any "symptoms" right after you ovulate can't possibly be a pregnancy symptom since the egg wouldn't even have implanted yet..

But no, you're totally not asking if you could be pregnant. Because I always ask strangers if I should take a pregnancy test when I'm not wondering if I'm pregnant.

You DID ask if you were pregnant by listing possible pregnancy symptoms.

You are also being rude by walking into a community without following the rules, which has been pointed out to you more than once. We also deal with people doing this on a regular basis, so we're pretty tired of these one-off posts.

Listen, you're 18 years old, you didn't mention if this was a planned pregnancy or not, so I'm guessing you're in full on freak-out mode. I get it. But, the fact that you took the time to 1) sign up for an account on TB, 2) waited the established waiting period before you were able to post, and 3) took the time to read the community guidelines and cherry-picked the ones you wanted to abide by tells me that you have a LOT to learn about the way the world works.

That being said, move along. It sounds like gas and/or pre-AF spotting and cramping.

She's only 18!?!? And either it's an unplanned PG that she's looking into DAYS before she gets AF and knows about implantation? OR it's planned cause of course someone 18 could get KU right away with a planned PG....

I think maybe all of you need to realize that there are other people struggling with things besides you. So maybe I posted in the wrong place. Is it REALLY that big of a deal? I don’t think so. Maybe instead of harshly jumping on other women who are going through tough times you could kindly point them in the right direction of help and support. Because that’s the only reason I came here. I saw everyone getting a lot of support in other posts, and I just felt alone and needed someone to talk to. I really hope you are all proud of yourselves though. People make mistakes unintentionally sometimes, but that doesn’t mean they deserve to be attacked, harassed and told they are pregnant with a pumpkin. Come on people. We are supposed to build each other up in this world. I really hope you guys have a great rest of your week. I’ll look elsewhere for support in this difficult time. Thanks.

So you saw a lot of people being supported in the regular threads. Where do you think that support was coming from? Did you happen to notice that people were offering support and not just taking support? The three days between account creation and being able to post are for lurking and familiarizing yourself with the community. If you want support, follow the guidelines, stop pretending you weren’t asking if you are pregnant because you clearly were and the lie that you weren’t is insulting, and join in and start giving support. If you take a test (a far more reliable method than strangers on the internet) and you’re pregnant, join your July birth month board (BMB) when it opens. If you’re not pregnant, do what @dpchickens said + apologize and join in in an appropriate fashion.

Where does it say that is breaking a rule? I don’t see that saying I got a bfp is breaking a rule... I do however see that using gifs or memes in a rude manner is breaking a rule. Which quite of few of you have done to me. As well as harassment, which is also on the list.
