Re: Weekly Question Thread w/o 10/13

  • Too lazy to check on my phone...

Have we already done a baby shower thread? Too soon? I have so many questions about a "sprinkle".
  • Nope I haven’t seen one, feel free to post one!

  • @keeksie84 I also have shower/sprinkle questions and concerns and would love to talk about this!
  • @keeksie84 me too!! Post it!
  • Has anyone ever needed a follow up sonogram after their A/S? Dr said everything looks normal but they need better pictures of the heart and spine. Which seems odd bc baby was very cooperative and I thought it went smoothly.

Now of course I’m worried something is wrong, although I’m sure they would send me to a high risk Dr if they were concerned. But I can’t help but wonder... is this normal?
  • @slimjoco totally normal! If baby wasn’t in the exact right position or was too wiggly and pictures were blurry, the doctor just may need a better pic! This has happened to a LOT of women I know! Try not to worry 😊
  • @slimjoco I had that with my first. They couldn't see all the chambers of the heart (or something like that) so we went back a week later. No problems whatsoever and bonus ultrasound!
  • Thanks @miss.sally and @keeksie84 that makes me feel much better! I can be paranoid sometimes ☺️
  • @slimjoco I just want to back up what everyone said. This happened with me with DD, and all was well on the return visit. They couldn't measure one of the chambers or something? I'm paranoid too, so I was right there. But totally normal!
