@kpearse99 what a great fundraiser idea, I’ve never seen that before. MLM is multi-level marketing, so LuLaRoe, Beachbody, Doterra, etc. Basically every annoying sales pitch you’ve seen on Facebook.

@inthewoods23 Oh, I am so happy that you are feeling much better today!! Keep the eye on the prize of vacation, because that is something major to be excited about!! You both deserve to get away for a bit and take your minds off of EVERYTHING!!!! And you're not HIO for no reason - you are HIO to be close with YH and to be intimate and to enjoy one another! DH and I are going on our mini get away next week too! We leave for Charleston on Wednesday for a quick 3 day trip, and we cannot wait!!! The timing couldn't be more perfect :)

@gingermama29 I’m so glad you are going to ovulate! Have so much fun at the wedding this weekend. And on the drive! I bet it will be gorgeous.

@kpearse99 that’s what I always say too, that I must have needed the sleep. It’s harder to convince myself of that when it messes up TTC though. I’m glad you are feeling better! Good luck at bag bingo! Around here it’s usually called a “purse bash” and I think it’s more like several drawings over the course of the night while you eat/drink. Bingo sounds more fun!

@kmalls thanks! I’m feeling much better now that everyone has told me not to panic. And I got another 2 hours of sleep after I posted so I am so ready for the weekend! We don’t have any major plans either and I’m hoping to have a productive weekend because we usually don’t have much time to do anything either. I hope yours is relaxing or productive, whatever you want it to be!

@inthewoods23 I used to have a very very short surge but it seems to be getting longer, so I think part of me is afraid this was a short one, but it’s probably not that likely.  I’m glad you are feeling better. How is your friend doing? It’s so nice that you guys have each other.

@kpearse99 I'm glad you took yesterday for yourself and that it helped. Designer bag bingo sounds super fun! FX that you win one!

@kmalls thanks! Enjoy a nice quiet weekend! Those are so nice especially after crazy busy ones.

@inthewoods23 thanks! It's a little under a 5 hour drive. We're going into the Hudson valley area, near West Point. I don't go downstate very often, so it'll be nice to get away. I'm glad you have a friend IRL with whom you can talk TTC freely. Where are you going on vacation?

    @bows22 thanks!

@inthewoods23 So glad you're feeling better!!! I know vacation will be great for you!!!

@kmalls I love weekends without plans!!!! Enjoy!

@gingermama29 we're going to the Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga! It's a 13 hour drive for us with stops, but totally cheaper when you have a Tesla and use cheap electricity instead of gas or freaking plane tickets. Oh, and we're going to spend a day in Atlanta to go to the Georgia Aquarium too! That's at least an easy 2 hour drive from Chattanooga so it's totally doable. We are sooo excited! DH has talked up these aquariums for years so I'm excited to finally go!

R/R: It has been an emotional day and it isn't even lunch. I am looking forward to tomorrow morning when I can relax, take my Ellie for a good long walk and have some warm (decaf) coffee. Nothing is falling apart, but I have to keep reminding myself of that because I tend to catastrophize in my own head. DH is feeling slightly neglected. As an introvert, I tend to spend a lot of time by myself. I'm glad he said something because I wouldn't have known. So we are both going to make a better effort on that front. It is hard because our schedules don't match up, but we have a plan of how to do better. It is just a lot for a Friday morning.

@bows22 We get to bring our own drinks and food too - so it's extra fun!!! I just picked up some hard seltzers, I'm usually prefer wine but these are nice and light and lower on calories for sure!

@mvt2003 I love your outlook on this cycle being "freeing". So funny how you carried his SA to the hospital!! I had to take DH's in too (MEN amirite?!) and I drove with it inbetween my legs to keep it "body temperature". haha The things we do!!

@inthewoods23 Oh hun I'm so sorry for your friend, but glad you can lean on each other. Take sweet sweet advantage of your vacation. I will live vicariously through you!

@mvt2003 Crisis training sounds intense. What do you do for a living? I'm glad you are feeling good about taking a break. Sometimes it is really difficult to do that when you are obsessing over timing month after month. Enjoy it!

@kpearse99 Oh girl, you know I have had to handle every single piece of this SA :D I even had my car heat on this morning and my north face fleece zipped up over it! :D

@meri-mac I'm glad you and YH are going to take some time this weekend, I feel like I struggle with the same thing, MH feels neglected sometimes too. I'm an administrator of a department of a large petroleum company handling our bulk storage facilities. We drill for emergencies constantly at the facilities but this was our first corporate drill, and it was such a good exercise for us.

WAYDTGKU: Just a pharmacies worth of supplements till end of AF

R/R: all my paperwork arrives today so we can make our RE appointment and start getting some answers  I’m sure it will be a little wait like with most specialist but it’s a step! Also it’s Friday, not a relaxing weekend thought because I have 3 test next week but we are going to take tonight off and see maleficent and AF is slightly less brutal today so all around today’s gonna be ok!

    CS/Q: none yet.

@bows22 depending on how long you o after your peak you could be fine even if you did peak last night. Don’t beat yourself up until you know. Now go pee on all the things lol.

@gingermama29 I normally have a couple high readings in the days after my peak. Also I wish the leaves changed here. It pretty much just went to dead as soon as it started to get chilly.

@kpearse I’m glad your mental health day was what you needed!

@inthewoods23 I hope this is o. My first cycle after my iud took 87 days and I thought I w@meri-mac nna die lol.

    @kmalls enjoy your easy weekend.

@mvt2003 these men don’t understand the stuff we do to try and get pregnant lol. Probably a good thing you brought it in. My husband would have like stored it in the fridge first lol.

@meri-mac I’m sorry today has been hard on you. You just feel whatever emotions you need to. I’m glad you have a plan and yay for your hubby for actually saying what he needs. How do I teach my husband that trick?

@beckylookatherbump Thanks <3 I am feeling all the emotions. It is tricky. I tend to say what is on my mind (when I know all the crazy has gone out of it). My family and I are very loud about our feelings, but DH tends to keep things under wraps. We travel together on Friday mornings so I can bring up certain topics and he can't get away.

@mvt2003 Thank you for saying that. I have been feeling kind of lonely because not many of my friends are married. I felt like a bad wife and things were going a little haywire in my brain. I know it isn't, but it is hard to control the spiral.

@mvt2003 that’s hilarious about how you kept the sample warm. The things we have to do 😆. However I’m going to do my best to not be in charge of that. We’ll see how it works out.

@meri-mac I’m glad your H felt comfortable telling you how he was feeling. It makes things so much easier. Don’t forget to take care of yourself though too.

@kpearse99 the hard seltzers will be great for something like that. Sometimes wine goes down a little too easily haha

@beckylookatherbump my wait was much shorter than I expected, they asked if I wanted to see a physician or a PA and I said a PA was fine for the initial appointment, so that is probably why. I am anxious to get the testing over with but I can also see the benefit of seeing the same person from the beginning.

@bows22 I understand, but don't be too hard on yourself. Sleep is the irresistible force.

@kpearse99 So glad to hear your spirits are lifted. This stranger is thinking about you and pulling for you every day!

@inthewoods23 It's good that you and your friend have each other to lean on. That's some rough stuff.

Anddd I want to respond to more of you but I have to run in a few so:

    Month/Cycle: 8/8

    CD: 8

WAYDTGKU: Just vitamins and exercise and temping now; getting ready for the peeing on OPKs marathon and DTD EOD next week.

R/R: Too tired to do either right now...

    CS/Q: Nada!

    Sending good vibes everyone's way!

    Month/Cycle: 10/6

WAYDTGKU: Levo (thyroid), OPKs, CM, progesterone, prenatals

R/R: crossing my fingers I don't O early because DH is out of town until Monday!  :#

    CS/Q: nope

*tw* after our 3 losses we've had in the past 9 months, I have lots of mixed emotions about jumping back into all this. Before my first 2, I was obsessively tracking everything. For the 3rd, I decided to play it cool and see what happens. This time around I HAVE to track things for my doctor, but I have to learn to take a step back from that obsessive state.
