Tomorrow, I have a 5k walk in the morning. I've worked it out to if I can't go on, I'll sit on a bench and wait for my mom to catch me on the return trip. I think we're also going to have a mini celebration for SO's birthday (which is the 23) because my parents will be out of town. I want to make fire starters, too: dryer lint, cardboard egg cartons, and candle wax. I plan to go camping while on maternity leave.
Bulky Item trash pick up is in 1.5 weeks, so I also want to clear out a lot of the junk lying around the house. Especially with DD not here to say NOOOOO I might need that later!
Itll be a low key weekend here. We are heading to a fall festival tomorrow. I told Dh I just want to go on the hay ride, pick a pumpkin, some mums and eat a funnel cake. We will go first thing so hopefully it won’t be too busy and ds will be able to do the kids activities.
@kbrown2385 that Fall festival sounds fun! I need to look to see what's going on around my area other than the pumpkin patch. Spooky ghosts sounds like a fairly easy costume at least! But I would just do the sheet thing lol
Very low key weekend here. We got several new furniture pieces delivered the other day so now I need to put everything in its new home and haul away the old, cheap furniture pieces. Then I will finally finish fall decorating to make my house look cute. That's literally all I have planned lol
out of the crawl space yet 🤦🏻♀️. I thought making ghosts would be easy but every pic I show ds he tells me it’s not spooky 🙄😒. Why does my 4 year old have such an opinion already??
Funnel cakes and a hayride is a must when we go to the pumpkin patch. I also enjoy the corn maze and watching DD pick out a pumpkin. She tried to pick up the largest one last year when she was only 13 months 😆
@FyreFlyeRush - Have fun with you 3D ultrasound! I've never had one but they look cool.
@peppyj9 - I'll bet you are so excited for your new furniture! Hallmark moment of adulting right there.

Dd is staying with my parents so we’ll come back sunday & collect her.
other than that, not much happening here.
So far it's been better today and I haven't really had any, but also I've only been in bed then moved to the recliner downstairs. 🤣 There's an antique market at the fairgrounds that I was really wanting to go to today, but I'm gonna pass and maybe will hit it up tomorrow instead if things stay calm today.
Adding a pic of my sign I painted that'll go in out bathroom. It was funny because it was a group of church ladies that go to the same church as my sister, so everyone's signs (including my sisters) were religious or family/love related and then there was mine. 😬🤣

@kbrown2385 dd is also particular about decorations, which annoys me to no end because I don't do decorations at all. Who knows, maybe I will have to change my ways.
This weekend we are "trying" to take it easy, but that is a little hard when you live with a little tornado. I'm hoping some outside time while I weed the yard will use some of her energy.
After we are going to a race car museum today and so dd and I are pretty psyched about that.
Then we are going to bake our sourdough bread and pizza.
