Uppababy Recommendations

I am pretty sold on getting an Uppababy Vista or Cruz. I don’t anticipate needing it for multiple children so my understanding is the only difference is the bassinet that is included with the Vista. Does anyone regret buying the Cruz and not having the bassinet option? Also - do you recommend the Mesa car seat? Anyone have any luck with discounts anywhere? I know it’s excluded at most stores. Appreciate any feedback!

    My sister got the Cruz for her first. Ended up pregnant again very shortly after. She sold her Cruz on Craigslist and bought the vista the same. Holds its value pretty well. She said she loves both equally and highly recommends. When I was searching, I think you can now buy the bassinet separately and it works with the Cruz. 

    I’m currently leaning towards the Nuna Mixx and Pippa Lite since the car seat is 1/2 the weight of the Mesa. Carrying  baby in car seat is going to start getting heavy.
