How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share? I actually ate on plan, and only had a small treat each night (usually 1-2 homemade chocolate chip cookies). I'm not up any weight this week, which is great considering I was only a roll for 2lbs a week the past 4 weeks. I bought a couple of Pumpkin Spice Shakeology shakes from a friend and I've been having those in the morning. A little pricey, but about as much as a Starbucks drink.
Any goals for next week? To walk more and/or get a few workouts in. I was able to go on two walks this week since it was finally bearable temperatures outside, but I need to do more. I'm just having trouble fitting it into my schedule since DH and I are bingeing on a show after DD1 goes to bed each night.
Pretty good! Went for a walk, not much activity though other than running after DD.

I've had a good balanced diet all week, and definitely trying to pack on the healthy fat's. Weight gain is going up which is good. Last time with DD i checked and I'm just under 2pounds of what I was with her, so hopefully I can keep getting it up

I need to get to yoga again now that DH will be back from his trip
Mostly good, though I feel like my belly is getting heavier every day. So far I’ve gained a total of about 10 lbs this pregnancy (and had weirdly lost 2 lbs at the last appt), but I keep dreading the appointment where I’ve jumped up another 5-7 lbs, which I remember last time around.

I’m getting a lot more veggies this week, which I’m proud of. One of my favorite fall additions to salads is roasted cubed butternut squash. It adds a hint of sweetness and tons of vitamins as well as fiber.
Any goals for next week? The CrossFit Open online competition just started. I’m doing a “scaled” version, but I’m using it as motivation to get to the gym an extra time or two a week.
How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share? I found that I don't tolerate eating plain nuts right now. I can eat peanut butter or nuts in things, but not just by themselves. That had been my go to snack. I'm at a loss for new ideas. I didn't gain anything the previous week and lost half a pound this past week, so I need to find something...
Any goals for next week? Do yoga on my own. DH is out of town during my normal yoga night. I'll need to do it on my own.
