Whats the best brand for prenatal vitamins? What is everyone else taking?

    For me, it was what my doctor prescribed and it was free with my insurance ;) talk to your doc, see what they say!

    I love new chapter.  It’s all derived from food instead of a lab.  I took it last time w my twins and wasn’t ever sick and the babies are perfect!

    I take MegaFood prenatals and I love them! The pill is a bit large but it doesnt upset my stomach at all and the ingredients are very clean. It also provides methylated folate, not folic acid 👍🏻

    I'm taking Rainbow Light Prenatal One.  It's food-based and contains probiotics. I also switch it up with Olly prenatal gummies for when I feel like eating candy.
