@saladflambe I'd love to hear the rationale behind this. I've read some stuff that orgasms help move the sperm along (or am I confusing that with orgasms helping relieve cramping? 🤔)

I’m in a random TTC group on fb, too. It’s mind numbing how little these ladies know about how any of this works. And the ones that want to give up at the third month. Takes a lot for me not to rip into them.

Side note one time one of the cats jumped on top of DH and didn’t move. We couldn’t stop laughing. I think he just went with it until she got annoyed by the movement.

Also, my pup HATES FW. Like with a passion. We tried kicking her out of the bedroom but she figured out our door will open if she pushes it hard enough. More than once she's opened the door during it while we yell for her to lay down and stay. So she lays down. And watches. Like a creep.

TMI personal info, but...

I keep my underwear on when we HIO. DH likes it, I like it. But, I imagine that, if I didn't, a towel would be a good idea when we're not using a condom.

If I remember, I try to keep a hand towel or wash cloth next to the bed and then use that to clean up after HIO. Otherwise I’m doing the jizz shuffle to the bathroom (cc @shamrocandroll)

My one AF sex story, nothing to do with a towel but this convo reminded me....

When SO and I were first dating and only like a month into HIO I got AF and he was like "of course we should still do it even though you have your period!" (Because ya know, he was frickin obsessed with HIO with me at that point, even more so than now and couldn't go a week without

) But with me being hormonal + touched by the fact that he wanted to have sex during AF, I started crying during it and he got freaked out! He was like WHOA, umm sorry! (I explained that I just really liked him and felt emotional about it.)

I've told him since then that we can totally do it during AF if he wants and he's like, "yeah I'm good, thanks hon."

Add that to the GTKY, I googled "crying from orgasm" before because I wasn't sure if something was wrong with me.

@mvt2003 I have absolutely no clue. When I click “office account” it says Microsoft office 2013? But false alarm, our IT person arrived, closed out of Office, opened it again and everything was back. I’m so annoyed because I ALWAYS reboot before I ask for help but since I had literally just turned on my computer I didn’t think it would make a difference. Lesson learned. But she did say that she was sure I had just dragged them within another folder so at least I redeemed myself by not being that dumb

@bows22 I'm glad it was an easy fix although it would also have made me annoyed too! I can do almost all basic troubleshooting for my department, so I try to only call IT for stuff I don't have the permissions to do or the hardware stuff. It makes me so cranky when they treat me like I'm someone who doesn't know what I'm doing. I've had a computer since 1988, my dad spent my entire life working on computers (he started when computers literally took up an entire room) and he taught me all the basics. Then I married an IT guy who teaches me everything new that comes out.
