@saladflambe I'd love to hear the rationale behind this. I've read some stuff that orgasms help move the sperm along (or am I confusing that with orgasms helping relieve cramping? 🤔)
Something tells me that she's going to be terrified of orgasms when KU for fear of miscarriage. "Oh no my orgasm shook my baby loose"

I’m in a random TTC group on fb, too. It’s mind numbing how little these ladies know about how any of this works. And the ones that want to give up at the third month. Takes a lot for me not to rip into them.
@mvt2003 64 ounces!! I don't tend to drink the whole bottle - honestly that's a LOT of water for me. I probably make it to like 50-55 oz when I use this bottle.

@saladflambe I don’t even understand that first one but ya know...I don’t know about YOU, but I definitely have a lucky sex towel. Except I guess not that lucky. Also maybe you’re not getting KU because you’re doing it with your mouth 😂 come on Linda, wrong hole.
Side note one time one of the cats jumped on top of DH and didn’t move. We couldn’t stop laughing. I think he just went with it until she got annoyed by the movement.
@saladflambe of course you can totally have pregnancy symptoms at 1DPO! 🙄

I would also think the sex towel is for HIO sessions during AF.
DH is 100% against ever doing that so I don't need a special towel 😆

OK so actually a sex towel now does make sense if I think about it.
TMI personal info, but...
I keep my underwear on when we HIO. DH likes it, I like it. But, I imagine that, if I didn't, a towel would be a good idea when we're not using a condom.
If I remember, I try to keep a hand towel or wash cloth next to the bed and then use that to clean up after HIO. Otherwise I’m doing the jizz shuffle to the bathroom (cc @shamrocandroll)
My one AF sex story, nothing to do with a towel but this convo reminded me....
When SO and I were first dating and only like a month into HIO I got AF and he was like "of course we should still do it even though you have your period!" (Because ya know, he was frickin obsessed with HIO with me at that point, even more so than now and couldn't go a week without ) But with me being hormonal + touched by the fact that he wanted to have sex during AF, I started crying during it and he got freaked out! He was like WHOA, umm sorry! (I explained that I just really liked him and felt emotional about it.) I've told him since then that we can totally do it during AF if he wants and he's like, "yeah I'm good, thanks hon."
@saladflambe Wait, what? Do you like move it to the side or have a hole in them? How does that work and feel enjoyable?
and those TTC groups - what kills me is half of them got lucky in the past and now have to actually try to get KU so they’re freaking out that they actually have no clue how it works
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@whitealbum29 if I cry during sex, DH is always so sweet to ask me if I'm ok or if something is wrong. Thanks cry-gasms. He is thankfully not weirded out at all when it happens.
Add that to the GTKY, I googled "crying from orgasm" before because I wasn't sure if something was wrong with me.

@mvt2003 I have absolutely no clue. When I click “office account” it says Microsoft office 2013? But false alarm, our IT person arrived, closed out of Office, opened it again and everything was back. I’m so annoyed because I ALWAYS reboot before I ask for help but since I had literally just turned on my computer I didn’t think it would make a difference. Lesson learned. But she did say that she was sure I had just dragged them within another folder so at least I redeemed myself by not being that dumb
@bows22 I'm glad it was an easy fix although it would also have made me annoyed too! I can do almost all basic troubleshooting for my department, so I try to only call IT for stuff I don't have the permissions to do or the hardware stuff. It makes me so cranky when they treat me like I'm someone who doesn't know what I'm doing. I've had a computer since 1988, my dad spent my entire life working on computers (he started when computers literally took up an entire room) and he taught me all the basics. Then I married an IT guy who teaches me everything new that comes out.

It's called days post ovulation, not days post conception!

@saladflambe those people have really great grammar and spelling skills!! Holy Moly!! The sex towel would be to lay under yourself after sex, while you're laying there with your hips up. Not gonna lie - I've done it.
