I’m sorry. I don’t see a baby either. I’ve had an ultrasound to diagnose fertility issues when there was no baby. Looked kind of like that. You should see your doctor and discuss reasons why you aren’t getting a period.
I'm so sorry, but I agree with the others: this does not look like a pregnant uterus. I hope you're able to get some good medical guidance on what else might be happening with your body and some emotional support in what must be a difficult and confusing time.
Your natural doctor is not an ultrasound tech, neither are you. You clearly haven't even googled what a pregnant ultrasound looks like.
Yes there is a show like that, I'm pretty sure none of the people on that show have had a negative home test, beta, and ultrasound combined. A majority of the women on that show never take tests, they have irregular cycles or other health things going on that they explain away "symptoms of pregnancy". This is why they don't know until they are in labor.
even if you were further along, you'd still see fluid and a clear baby. This is what my son looked like at 20 weeks pregnant. Now compare that to your ultrasound.

I’ve had many ultrasounds done when not pregnant (due to the diagnosis of my infertility and going through IVF two times) and I also had a cyst on my right ovary removed. I’m so sorry but that does look like my ultrasounds of my uterus when I was not pregnant. I’m sure it is breaking your heart as all your symptoms are telling you different but I believe the science of the home tests, the bHCG tests and ultrasound are correct. Regardless, please consider seeing a specialist as to why you are not getting a period and to get your cyst checked out as there could be other causes for your symptoms.

Here is a thread with what pregnant ultrasounds look like for those due in April 2019.

Why do you not believe the doctors that specialize in pregnancy? Quick google search, do you think it could be pseudocyesis?
