    Not new. Student Financial Services are still being TW. A student hasn't been paid his stipend that I submitted 2 months ago. And what are we getting from SFS... freaking crickets or "I'm busy" BS. Then find someone who isn't busy to answer my damn questions. I sent her another email yesterday and we plan to escalate if she doesn't respond by the afternoon. I'm just so over this.

    Endocrine clinic - once again im sat in the hospital all afternoon to see a consultant for a whole 5 minutes! I am ragey & stabby!

    Yesterday I receive an email from another manager asking approval if she can take her team out for a long lunch on the friday before an upcoming long weekend. I responded casually by saying I needed to check the schedule and if there is anything urgent that has to be wrapped up before that weekend, otherwise it should be ok. The response I get is this morning is this whole story about how she can't believe I don't trust her judgement as a manager and that I've disrespected and hurt her and that if another manager had asked I would not have responded like that.....wowwwwwww.

    The traffic "cop" at and intersection where construction was being done. When the light turned, I swung wide to make a U turn so I could go to my destination about 200 feet back. She started waving her arms, and whistling, and making a NO-NO with her finger and pointing the direction BEHIND me. OK, you idiot...you want me to make a U Turn. That's what I"m trying to do!

    @stashattackThe beaucracy in higher ed never ceases to amaze me. Also the amount of times students don't get paid properly is abysmal. I mean these are people especially likely to living paycheck to paycheck. Shouldn't we give them the same dignity and everyone else...the right to be paid in a timely manner!!! Uggh not a pet peeve of mine at all 😂

    @biolprof right?!? Also her job is some sort of director of STUDENT financial services. Like how are you too busy to take care of a STUDEN FINANCIAL ISSUE?!?! I’m so ready to throttle her. But my boss is seeing her boss today at a meeting soooo hopefully they can make her do the thing.
