How are you feeling?: Still pretty miserable. 24/7 nausea kicked in at 5 weeks and I’ve been counting the days until 1st tri is over.
Raves/Rants: My stomach muscles are so sore. 3 babies in 6 years and an emergency CS with DS2 has left me feeling like everything is all hanging out. It’s mostly below the belly button that hurts at this point, but I’m about to switch to maternity pants to give my poor stomach a break.
Questions: MIL spilled the beans after we swore her to secrecy (we need her to watch kids while we do appts). I wanted to do a Christmas announcement but now I feel like I should do a Halloween one. Would you guys move it up or just avoid confirming for a few extra weeks?
GTKY: How did you meet your SO? At a hookah bar through mutual friends. He ended up staying at my place for the weekend as their sleep arrangements fell through and we’ve been together ever since.

Upcoming appointments: Was originally scheduled for our first ultrasound on 10/9, but I just got an email saying they cancelled my appt and will call to reschedule. I had already request that day off work, ugh. Gotta love the military healthcare system. *eyeroll*
How are you feeling? Pretty good! I think I'm getting used to the fact that in order to stave off nausea, I just have to keep eating constantly. Even if that means working out more, lol. Still fatigued, still peeing every 45 mins to an hour. No MS (yet, hopefully it stays that way). Oh, and the bloat is very real at this point. I've almost resigned myself to the fact that I can't fit into my jeans anymore. Oh well. Jeans are the devil, anyway.
Raves/Rants: Online grocery shopping is a godsend. I literally have not gone to the store and done grocery shopping since before I got pregnant, and I have zero intentions of doing so now that I've discovered how simple it is. Plus, it keeps my spending down since I am less likely to splurge on impulse buys this way.

GTKY: How did you meet your SO? He was the frontman in a band, and my mom was visiting me from out of town so I took her to go see them play. She thought he was a character so I dragged her over to meet him (even though I had never met him before either). So, technically my mom met MH before I did, lol.
@rox7777 - Since she already spilled the beans, I'd be inclined to do an October announcement, but I'm also someone who announced their PG like a week after I got my BFP (at 4+5), so I may not be the best person to give advice on this one, haha.

How are you feeling? An anxious mess, but physically okay. Tired, nauseous, superhuman sense of smell (adding to nausea), food aversions, peeing 3x a night... my boobs stopped hurting, though.
Raves/Rants: MH deep cleaned the kitchen and quick-cleaned the bathroom yesterday without my asking!
Questions: Not that I haven't asked already in other threads.
GTKY: How did you meet your SO? Online! We used a free site (OKCupid) and tell other people that we got really lucky because 99% of the people on there were crazy. He cheated and had a picture with his dog as his profile picture.

And thanks for reminding me of the superhuman sniffer. That is the one constant thing in this pregnancy for me. The nausea and fatigue come and go, but I have been able to smell things a mile away since the day I got my BFP. It's relentless and irritating.

How are you feeling? Completely fine... which is driving my PGAL brain crazy since I was so sick with DD2. I only had aversions with DD1 but I was always exhausted.
Raves/Rants: Shelled pistachios are the best thing since sliced bread. So delicious and easy to eat!

GTKY: How did you meet your SO? We went to the same college and were acquaintances. We remet at the wedding of some mutual friends and the rest is history!

Raves/Rants: I’m at a place where eating is a chore and everything sounds gross. Of course, not eating makes me feel worse. Not fun right now.
Questions: I got the blood results for my first appointment yesterday. My progesterone is dropping so they gave me a prescription for it. What is everyone’s experience who has taken it?
GTKY: How did you meet your SO? Well, We met through friends in college but were never really close. We reconnected over Facebook after graduation.
