R/R: weekends go by too quickly! It was nice to be a bit lazy though and do nothing. We were planning to visit the ILs next weekend but DH forgot he is scheduled to work on Saturday until 1. We were feeling guilty about having to cancel plans so we invited them out to see us instead and they're on board. I'm thrilled to not have to have to travel again next weekend but my house will need some serious cleaning this week.
CS/Q: what app(s) do you ladies use for your OPK test strips? I bought wondfos and am planning to start using them this week.
@gingermama29 I’m glad you don’t have to travel! You usually O later right? So you won’t have to have ninja sex with them in the house?

R/R: I went to a bridal shower on Saturday which was very nice but TW for pregnancy
Luckily there was alcohol and also another non-pregnant person at the table and we had a really nice chat.
The rest of the weekend was nice and relaxing though and I’m ready to start the week!
CS/Q: I honestly don’t know what time my temps were over the weekend but I put in late temps since they were high (for me at least)
Edited for autocorrect. Why does my phone think glad should be goat? 🙃

CS/Q: I had a peak Saturday, but no temp jump so I'm still here. My EWCM has also dried up, so I'm not sure what's going on.

@bows22 omgggg I'm so sorry about the table situation - that hurts my heart, honestly. I admit that before TTC & getting into the communities, etc., I was pretty oblivious to how hard it can be & all of the emotions it can stir up, but I'd think people on their 2nd or 3rd would know better!

@millpe ugh I’m sorry you didn’t get a temp jump today. Maybe O was super early this morning and your basal body temp just hadn’t responded yet. Hopefully you see the jump tomorrow!
@saladflambe yep the waking up to pee sucks! And trying to do the mental calc at 3:30 am to figure out if I should temp then pee or pee then wait until the normal time to temp
@bows22 Oh I'm sorry about the other ladies at the table making a big deal about being KU.
@tyrion_ weekends always go by too quickly! Hope your week goes fast and doesnt drag on.
@saladflambe Sorry middle of the night wake ups are messing with your temps!

@millpe I got my + yesterday (and a nearly + on Saturday) so maybe we’re o buddies?! I’ve read that many women have delayed temp rises after o, so I’d guess you’d get your high temps tomorrow or soon after, especially if cm has dried up.
@bows22 Sorry for the insensitivity of others. Those moments are hard. ❤️ I’m glad you had a good chat with someone at the table. If it had been a couples shower, I would have thought you and b_1029 were hanging out! Ha, is it just the season for wedding showers?
@tyrion_ Weekends do seem to go by too fast! But hopefully busy meant that you enjoyed it it were productive!
@saladflambe yes, bladders and ttc don’t seem to be buds. I really had trouble this month trying to hold it for 4 hours to use the opk. It’s eitger dehydration or needing to pee every hour. Choose wisely. 😂

TW: LC and pregnancy mentioned
CS/Q: not a whole lot to see!
@photographerwife oh my gosh that is the longest day ever. Did she find a dress at least? People who are a little braggy about being 1/1 rub me the wrong way too. They probably are just surprised/relieved it was easy but it’s still annoying when you don’t fall into the 1/1 category.
@tyrion_ glad you had a good weekend!
@millpe I hope you O now or after 2 days from now! That sounds confusing.
@saladflambe hopefully it won’t mess you up too bad! My temp doesn’t get super affected by night wakings. And I always Temp at 5!

@gingermama29 - I've used Pre-mom to take a photo of my easy @ home OPK's. Agree with @begging4abump that it's most useful to compare tests throughout the cycle.
@bows22 - I'm glad there was someone for you to talk to at the bridal shower! The "KU table" thing sounds rough.
@begging4abump - yay for O! Glad you had fun at H's work event!
@photographerwife - I'm sorry you had to deal with that. Why say that to someone who you know is trying?! I feel like it was a clueless guy thing but of course sometimes women say stuff like that too even when they know someone is TTC.

We had a nice Sunday apple picking and making apple loaf, apple brandy (honestly just for the activity as far as I'm concerned, I can't see myself drinking it!), and apple butter which is still in progress. Rant...Just thinking today about how we'll have to be benched/TTA until end of March 2020 unless I'm KU by December, because of a trip we're taking to Costa Rica (where there's still a Zika warning from the CDC.) I think I've mentioned before. Ugghh. I assume "three months to get KU or else" is probably not going to be a helpful mindset.

R/R: Rave: I got to temp this morning! Also got to go back to bed after temping because I don't have to be at work until 11 today.
Rant: We didn't get to hio yesterday like I wanted to. I had a raging headache and was super tired and he just didn't really seem interested. Disappointing but it is what it is. however, I just finally got some good ewcm this am so maybe our timing won't suck as much as I thought!! definitely going to try tonight if we both aren't dead after work.
Also i'm scheduled for another 50 hour week that will definitely turn into more and i'm not happy about it. trying to figure out how to talk to my manager about it without coming off as complaining.
CS/Q: my temp this morning was 97.93 and it was pretty chilly in my room. All of my post-o temps from the past have been over 98 so I will see what it is tomorrow. does room temp affect anyone significantly?
@gingermama29 i'm happy you won't have to travel again! hope the visit goes well
@bows22 i'm sorry you had to be in that situation the nerve of some people to not think twice before saying certain things!
@millpe hoping you still O'd even without the temp rise! like others have said maybe it will be a late rise?
@saladflambe sorry that you had to wake up to pee
@tyrion_ I feel you on the weekend going by too fast, hope the week does too!
@begging4abump that's awesome that you enjoyed the bbq! it's always nice when the people at a function are easy to get along with
@photographerwife oh gosh that sounds like such a long day!
@bows22 sorry about the pregnancy table at the bridal shower... ugh! Those things really do seem to happen more and more frequently when you're trying harder and harder, right?
@tyrion_ busy weekends are great, but you're right - they do fly by way too quickly.
@millpe are you going anywhere fun?!
@saladflambe I did not sleep well last night either - ugh! hopefully tonight will be better for both of us!
@begging4abump FX today is O day for you!! Also, that's great to hear about the BBQ yesterday! I can fully agree that it's so nice when you naturally click with people - I hope you guys get to set up some more hang outs!
@photographerwife holy crap - 7 hours?! Did she end up finding her dress at least?!
@whitealbum29 is it hard to make apple butter?! I've always wanted to try that - excuse me while I run to Pinterest!
@konoha sometimes it's not worth forcing the HIO session! I'm sorry you have to work that much again - I hope it at least flies by for you!

My weekend was nice - I dropped off a box to ship to ThredUp of my "nice" fat clothes that weighed 23 lbs. I also dropped 3 bags of clothes and 1 bag of shoes off at the thrift store. My drawers actually close right now, and I can pretty much see all of my shoes on the closet floor. I feel so much better! I also found my favorite running shorts that I've been looking for all freaking summer long! Just in time for it to be too cold to use them, but oh well. I also went through my husband's side of the closet, and we got rid of some clothes he doesn't wear anymore. Lots of prep for winter!
We did find that we have paper wasps in our siding this weekend, so we had to spend a decent amount of time getting spray and spraying them. Hopefully we caught it early and it works so we don't have to call an exterminator!!! The joys of home ownership!
CS/Q: Meh, not really.

@millpe sorry you didn't get your temp jump. Hopefully timing and everything works out though!
@saladflambe I hate cleaning! There are so many things I'd rather be doing! I'm planning to input temps to FF but yes, I was looking for an app that analyzes them. Middle of the night pee wake ups are the worst!
@begging4abump thanks for the app recommendation. I will definitely check it out. Glad you enjoyed the BBQ yesterday! Love when new social situations end up being fun!
@photographerwife so exciting about your friend but also so frustrating about the "trying a whole month." The dress shopping sounds like such a long day. Hopefully it wasn't too bad.
@kpearse99 I hope you get some answers at the RE tomorrow. Such a frustrating cycle for you!! Thanks for the recommendation too!
@whitealbum29 thanks for the recommendation! Sorry for the added pressure to get KU before your trip. FX that your timing works out and you don't have to be benched.
@konoha FX for good timing. Ugh that work week sounds miserable and long.
@mvt2003 I bet it feels so good to get rid of those clothes!! I have 4 bags that I need to get rid of too. They currently sitting in one of my spare bedrooms. And omg about the wasps! Glad you caught it early!! My parents had that issue a few years back. It took me getting stung whole I was sleeping they're for them to realize there was a problem but they had almost eaten all the way through the ceiling in the living room. Thanks for the app recommendation. I will have to check it out.
@chaos-and-coffee welcome!! Thanks for the app recommendation! The late O makes it so hard to know when to start testing too! Glad your fall weather is here! It's supposed to be 80 again here this weekend and I am so not okay with it. Bring on the fall temps and weather!

@gingermama29 I’m glad they were flexible and you’ll still get to visit with them. And I agree that weekends go by too quickly. Blah.
@bows22 Ugh, sorry about the bridal shower. I can’t stand when people act crazy over pregnant people. It’s awkward and weird. I’m happy the rest of your weekend was relaxing at least.
@millpe Did you keep dipping OPKs? Have you ever had a delayed rise before? Hopefully it’ll be up tomorrow and it’s like @bows22 said with ovulating super early morning.
@saladflambe I have found 5 am to be the perfect time for me to temp. I usually wake up around 2-3am to pee. And that gives me 2-3 hours of sleep before my 5am temp alarm goes off. I’ve been able to have noticeable shifts with that method. And if I sleep longer and wake up around 4am I just temp then and live with the triangle of shame.
@begging4abump I’m glad the bbq was fun. It is so bad when people don’t jive and you have to try and force conversation. Glad it went well!
@photographerwife 7 hours?! Sheesh. I’m glad it at least included dinner.
@kpearse99 I am so sorry about this cycle from hell. I hope the bloodwork results bring some answers and easy solutions. Like, you’re pregnant (I hope!). Good luck!
@whitealbum29 Oh, man, I’m sorry about the 3 month deadline/potential Zika benching. I really really hope you’re just KU before then.
@konoha what do you do for a living? They have crazy expectations! I’m exhausted for you.
@mvt2003 I thought of you this weekend! I ran a 5k Saturday (hungover) and thought that if this had been your trail race my only hope of survival would be you running by me and dragging me out. I do not recommend hungover races, ugh.
@chaos-and-coffee Temping gives me peace of mind. Even when I’m not TTC I temp to keep track of my cycles. It’s so helpful if you have any variation in cycles.
Month/Cycle: 16/11/1 AL#2
CD: 43
WAYDTGTKU: Benched...SHG next cycle and will restart Letrozole & add in progesterone.
R/R: Had a wonderful weekend! It’s been a busy Monday so far, which has made it go by fast (update, it did go by fast)! Still no AF! I mentioned yesterday, but I feel like I may be ovulating now...so who knows what the heck is going on with my body! I’m probably going to call the RE later this week if no signs of AF by then.
CS/Q: None.
@gingermama29 yes, the weekends are always too quick...even the ones where you don’t have lots of things to do! That’s nice your IL’s are coming to visit next weekend and you won’t have to travel! Hopefully cleaning for them won’t be too bad though!
@bows22 ugh, so sorry for that experience at the shower! People really don’t think about what they are saying and how it can affect others! It’s sucks though!! Glad you had a good rest of your weekend!!
@tyrion_ sorry your weekend was so busy it went by too fast!! Hope your Monday goes by fast too at least!
@millpe hope you have either already O’d, or your body waits until you are back home again!
@saladflambe hope you can get some consistent temps leading up to O! It is tough if you get up at night, but I think if you get at least 3-4 hours before you have to get up, it should be ok.
@begging4abump glad you had a good time at the company BBQ...sounds like you have an A+ social game!! DH and I are both major introverts, so those types of social gatherings are not our cup of tea! Yay for O day...your timing looks awesome too!!
@photographerwife sorry for the busy weekend!! 7 hours sounds like such a long time...did she at least find “the dress”?!
@kpearse99 ugh, sorry you are still in limbo! Glad you were able to rest this weekend since you were so tired! And hopefully you’ll get some clarity after going to the RE tomorrow!
@whitealbum29 your weekend sounds wonderful! So many apple things made, so cool!! Probably easier said than done, but hopefully you don’t let the pressure of getting KU by December get to you too much!
@konoha yay for temping...hopefully O is right around the corner and you can get some good timing! Ugh, your work hours sound so tiring...hope the week goes by fast for you at least!
@mvt2003 your weekend sounds wonderful and so productive!! It’s such a good feeling purging your closet...and making room for new clothes! ☺️ Or maybe that’s just me...at least I have room for a while!
@chaos-and-coffee welcome!! That’s great you are enjoying Fall...it’s still warm here, but I think it’s right around the corner and I’m so excited!! I definitely recommend temping, it is nice seeing the progression through your cycle!
