Hey there. 12 weeks tomorrow and have been having restless leg syndrome on and off so far throughout pregnancy. Recently this past week it has gotten worse and is driving me nuts affecting my sleep. Anyone else experiencing this and have some remedies?
It sucks, sorry you’re dealing with that! I take Natural Calm, a magnesium supplement that aids in muscle relaxation. It also helps with another lovely pregnancy symptom (constipation!). I don’t take it every day, probably a few times a week. It helps quickly. I was feeling the restless leg stuff last night when we were watching a movie so I took the NC right away and felt fine for bed.
