    What's going on this week? It's DH's birthday today. He is off getting his tag renewed for his car. He did get to come with me today to my prenatal appointment and he was able to see the baby move and hear the heartbeat so I think that's a great birthday present. We'll probably go out to eat tomorrow night to celebrate but I did get him a card and a starbucks gift card as well as a new laptop which I gave to him a few weeks early since he really needed it.

    How far along are you? 9w4d

    Upcoming appointments? I go in next week for my NIPT blood draw. Then October 3rd is my next appointment.

    Cravings/Symptoms? Still craving milk the most out of anything. Cereal has been the best thing ever. Last week I was craving grapes but that seems to have been satisfied.

    Rants/Raves/Randoms? My sinus pain has been insane today and I've had the headache from hell. Just gonna spend the rest of the day in bed and hope that I feel better. Also woke up to more spotting but my OB was unconcerned since everything looked good during the ultrasound. It always makes my anxiety spike though.

    Questions? None at the moment.

    @littleredm Hope you and YH have fun for his birthday tomorrow! So exciting about seeing baby today! Sorry about the sinus pain and headache - hope you feel better soon!  <3

    @littleredm I am with you on the milk! Prior to pregnancy, I hated milk and cereal. I get home from work and pour a bowl of cereal and milk. 🤦🏼‍♀️ 

    What's going on this week? Just working and trying so hard not to spill the beans to my kiddos. They keep telling me I need to have kids. I even had one tell me “you should have kids. But wait until the end of the school year to take your days off! We need you before the test! So no babies until the end of the school year!” Kids are so funny! Little does she know, I’m due a week after testing! 

    How far along are you? 9w3d

    Upcoming appointments? Monday is my next prenatal. Then I’m sure scheduling more! 

    Cravings/Symptoms? Milk. Oh my goodness I want it all the time, especially with cereal. Also, anything salty. My symptoms are kind of chill right now except the exhaustion. It’s hitting me hard right now! 

    Rants/Raves/Randoms? Nope... just hitting that point where I’m ready to be past this first trimester and move on to feeling more like myself.

    @littleredm Wishing your DH a happy birthday. So exciting that he got to see the baby. That’s the best birthday gift. 

    @brookert615 Hey! How are you?

    @ejoseph16 your poor students are in for a shock. They will survive, though. Hope your appointment goes well on Monday. 

    What's going on this week? The week’s been okay mostly. Finding ways to keep busy and survive at work. Yesterday I felt pretty awful and sick at work, but I made it through.  

    How far along are you? 9w6d

    Upcoming appointments? This morning! Hoping to see good progress on the ultrasound. 

    Cravings/Symptoms? Mostly sweet things. I love fruit right now. 

    Rants/Raves/Randoms? SIL was sending out a bunch of info about getting ready to book FastPasses for our Disney trip. I’m excited, I swear I am, but I responded with a link that had all the rides I can’t do. They kept talking about getting rider swap passes when the kids are too small and I was kinda like, you don’t need them because if the kids can’t ride it, pretty sure I can’t either. 

    Questions? Nope!

    What's going on this week? Not much. I'm getting a haircut and color today. Looking forward to ot, but hoping salon smells don't set me off.

    How far along are you? 9 weeks 3 days

    Upcoming appointments? Had an appointment Wednesday. Saw baby and all looked good. Next appt is 10/11. Gotta get some bloodwork and an EKG before that.

    Cravings/Symptoms? All day nausea. No real cravings because the nausea makes me struggle to eat.

    Rants/Raves/Randoms? We're slowly telling more people in person. It feels good not to keep it such a secret anymore.

    Hey lady! I'm doing well! 18 weeks today!  :) Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling too hot <3 . Hope you have a great appointment today and little bean is growing like a weed! I'm with you on the fruit, although black plums are the most delicious thing to me right now lol! Hope things "click" for you SIL! Definitely understand how that could get annoying!

    @brookert615 Glad things are going so well for you. I can’t remember if you’ve found out the sex yet or not, but I feel like you’re getting close if you haven’t.

    I had a great ultrasound this morning, so I’m much happier today than I was yesterday. For me, it’s been apples and peaches. I’m obsessed.

    @mercury94 Thank you so much!!! We got the blood work back in the beginning of August but our gender reveal isn't until September 22nd! It's been a long wait LOL. That's so wonderful you had a good ultrasound! It honestly is the best to be able to see baby and know they're good in there! And yes to all of the apples and peaches!  B)

    @mercury94 I’m so glad baby looked good today!!!! Yay! I told my principal about my students telling me all of this about needing to have a baby, and she laughed so hard! She was like “oh they are going to absolutely die when you tell them!!!! That’s too funny!”

    Today I learned that, even now that I’m pregnant, I find it frustrating when people announce that they are having an oopsie baby on social media. Like, do you need to tell people that your child was an oopsie?
