Month/Cycle?
WTO/TWW?
Ages of other child(ren)?
Any thoughts about this cycle?
Any questions?
Rant/Rave/Brag:
GTKY: What TV mom are you most like (or would you most like to be)?
Any thoughts about this cycle? I was shocked with how long that I made it before going crazy in the TWW! Since I took the trigger 11 days ago and didn't test it out, I know that if I were to test I would be questioning whether it's the trigger or real so I'm forced to not test.
Any questions? not presently.
Rant/Rave/Brag: DD spent Saturday night at the ILs and had so much fun having a sleepover with her cousins. When I woke her up this morning she kept crying "no. I still sleeping!" so I don't think she's recovered from the busy weekend yet! haha Today is pajama day at her daycare so that was nice to not even have to change her
GTKY: What TV mom are you most like (or would you most like to be)? Honestly, I have zero idea...
Any thoughts about this cycle? it's CD 2 which means I'm out for May, so I'm officially starting the June hype. I'm starting OPKs this cycle too in addition to temping and charting.
Any questions? Nah.
Rant/Rave/Brag: DD had a lot of fun playing with my nephews this weekend. We all went to the park around 4 on Saturday as a family (my parents, brother, SIL, their two boys DH, myself, and DD). They all played pickle ball on the courts and I took the 3 kids to the playground nearby. The kids had a blast! DD is finally going up and down the slide all by herself (she slides down on her tummy, feet first every time which is super adorable)! She loves being outside and had so much fun, she didn't even care that she ended up eating dinner an hour later than normal. She was asleep within 5 minutes of my putting her to bed that night.
GTKY: What TV mom are you most like (or would you most like to be)? Oooh that's a really hard question. I honestly don't know that I can think of anything.
@gingermama29@mokay19 it sounds like you both had amazing weekends with tired kiddos! So jealous because I pulled out all the stops this weekend and DD was still up before 5 both days (and today )
@mokay19 fingers crossed so hard for you! When are you testing? Or are you doing bw/betas?
@gingermama29 sorry for AF, but bring on all the June hype! Honestly, I'll really take any BMB at this point. June 2021? Lol absolutely!
What number are you trying for? 2
Month/cycle: 15/17 (I think? I lose track)
WTO/TWW: TWW
ages of other children? 2, but not for long!
Any thoughts about this cycle? I feel out. I am trying not to be disappointed about it because it's bad timing and keeping my chin up for October IUI. I had a stupid moment this weekend where I walked into the same store I bought my HPT last time around when I got KU with DD. I had to leave immediately when I rembered because it's hard to remember when life was so simple, just buy one HPT and bam, KU. Staying positive is hard sometimes.
Any questions? Nope
R/R/Brag: aside from the waking up early thing, we had a great weekend. I went on a long bike ride with some friends. DD and I did a few playgrounds and went to the pool last night.
GTKY? hmm this is a tough one. Just to have an answer, I'll say Lorelai Gilmore? 😂
@jennifer_louise I'll probably test toward the end of the week. I don't have betas scheduled because I prefer to just do an at home test and then worry about paying for betas if it's positive. I usually buy pregnancy tests in bulk off Amazon, but these last few cycles I haven't in hopes of it taming my crazy, however, I go to the same Walgreens every time and I always think "this will be the last time for this... hopefully"
@mokay19 everything crossed for you. That's adorable your daughter wanted to keep on sleepin' ...why do they never do that on Saturday mornings, huh?? lol
@gingermama29 I really really really hope I get to join you in June June is a good month to be born! (my birthday is in June hehe). I think I'm going to order OPKs too.
@jennifer_louise I'm sorry you're feeling out and that the store was so upsetting. You really don't have to stay positive all the time - nobody is positive all of the time, and it's so helpful to see others not faking positivity so people know they're not alone.
@mokay19 I waited to order FRERs on amazon this past cycle to be delivered on 10 DPO so that I couldn’t test with them early and it worked out so well. Except that I have one left over that I will probably use too early this cycle. It’s funny how easy it is to not obsess over testing when you really don’t have a choice?
@gingermama29 oh that’s so cute about your DD and the slide. I’m going to show mine how to slide that way. She will always just say “hand!” And then I hold her hand and pull her down. And that’s so sweet that she fell asleep so quickly! Definitely the sign of a good day!
@jennifer_louise I’m sorry you feel out, but I laughed at your June 2021 comment. That’s how I feel sometimes too, just tell me it will happen eventually and I’ll be okay with that! Hopefully it’s earlier than that for both of us though! I’m sorry for the early wake ups. DD was up at 5:09 today, the same time that our alarms went off after hitting snooze. She must be able to hear them, yikes. It makes the morning take so much longer when I have a sidekick!
What number are you trying for? 2
Month/Cycle? 11
WTO/TWW? TWW
Ages of other child(ren)? 1.75
Any thoughts about this cycle? DD’s due date was 8 days after H’s birthday, and my due date this cycle based on LMP would be 8 days after mine. So clearly that’s a sign haha
Any questions? Nope
Rant/Rave/Brag: DD did so great at swimming lessons. I’m so proud of her! She caught on to what she was supposed to be doing so quickly, and tried so hard even though she can’t quite do it yet. It’s amazing how much she learns just by watching the other kids. My rant is that for some reason she can’t say “mommy” and instead calls me “Mimi” which would be fine except that’s what she also calls my mom🙄
GTKY: I’m thinking Jill from home improvement. Her life is kind of chaotic and she goes with the flow with maybe just a touch of crankiness haha
@bows22 it's the most excited/willing to go to bed that I've ever seen her ...of course, she didn't nap at all this weekend, but she just kept bringing books into her bed, and that's fine by me.
How cool would it be if your #2 had a due date 8 days after your bday fingers and toes crossed
@saladflambe adorable, she looks so happy!! I'm glad she likes it. The transition to toddler bed was really smooth for us too, although now sometimes she makes MH put the mattress on the floor so she can have a "sleepover".
@bows22 it seems like all the stars are aligning for June!! And wow, I love your GTKY answer. I always loved her, she had those three boys and always kept her wits about her.
Month/Cycle? 4/4 AL on the brink of cycle 5 though
WTO/TWW? WFAF to fully start
Ages of other child(ren)? 4 and 2
Any thoughts about this cycle? I was so hopeful. That fall from high hopes was brutal.
Any questions? None
Rant/Rave/Brag: Both kids started this Monday off with literal roars. My son cried and had tantrums on and off for the entire hour before he left for school. And now my daughter is heading into her 30th minute of tantrumming. I had to step away to collect myself before I go back in to help try to get her calm. Again.
GTKY: What TV mom are you most like (or would you most like to be)? My husband says I’m like Beverly Goldberg from the Goldbergs. And I totally see it.
I’ll be back for tags when I can calm my screaming mandrake.
@jennifer_louise I’m sorry you’re feeling out. I’m really hoping you’re wrong about that. But I’m glad you have a plan in the event you are out. Also why do these kids wake up so early?! Sleep is amazing, don’t they know that?
@saladflambe Hahaha I’m a Beverly, too. I knew I liked you!
@bows22 Definitely a sign! Jill’s a good one. I can relate since I have a husband that usually destroys whatever he touches.
WTO/TWW? neither?! I guess just WFAF unless I did magically end up O'ing and I magically end up KU!!?
Ages of other child(ren)? 7
Any thoughts about this cycle? Nope... honestly, none at all. It is what it is and I am okay with however this cycle pans out. Technically AF should arrive in 5 days but I have zero signs or symptoms.
Any questions? Nope.
Rant/Rave/Brag: Today is our 1 year anniversary!! Sharing this day with my son was the most magical thing ever - I really have no words to describe it. He walked me down the aisle and even had his own little vows to say - and DH had vows he said to my DS too. It was such an amazing day.
GTKY: What TV mom are you most like (or would you most like to be)? I'm most like Kiki from the movie Bad Moms... at least that's what my friends have said But also a little like Mother Goldberg from Meet The Goldbergs... I call DS Schmoops or Schmoopie or Schmoobear.... ALL. THE. TIME.

@mokay19 great job holding out on the BSC that the TWW can bring!! Only a few more days to go!!!
@gingermama29 sounds like a great weekend! JUNE JUNE JUNE!! PS - June babies are awesome!
@jennifer_louise I come across moments like that... triggers about when I got KU with DS or when I was preggers with him. 7 years later and I still get all the feels, even more so when you're trying again. Hang in there
@saladflambe I hope your AF gets her ish together so you can move onto your next cycle... even better, I hope you just O'd late and that you're really KU! Yay for the big girl bed! Look how happy she is!
@tyrion_ Yes for another Beverly!! I'm sorry about AF and the back to school tantrums. I hope the morning routines kick back in for them soon.
@bows22 OMG Jill from Home Improvement!!! What a great show!! That's a great mom to take after! I just hope YH doesn't take after Tim

I just thought of another mom I’m like. Anne Carlson from Working Moms. Especially her anxiety and worse case scenario thinking. My husband is also so sweet and amazing and sometimes I can’t with him, much like her and Lionel.
@mokay19 Oh I did my fair share of crying (happy tears of course) that day!! Thank you

Back for tags. I think I figured out my TV mom: Amy Matthews from Boy Meets World.
@mokay19 glad your DD had a fun sleepover. Pajama days at daycare are the best!
@jennifer_louise I'm sorry you had a difficult time in the store. Glad you mostly had a good weekend though.
@saladflambe that's such a cute picture. Is she loving her big girl bed?
@bows22 it was funny that she goes down that way because when I helped her down the slide the first several times, she was sitting. Must just be more comfortable for her. That's so cute how yours says "hand" though. And yay for her doing well at swim lessons! It's so fun to do that with them!
@tyrion_ sorry you're out for May. All the June hype!! Sorry for a rough start to the day with the kids. I definitely love the screaming mandrakes line though.
@kpearse99 happy anniversary! Those pictures are stunning and adorable! 💕 I'm sure that day was so special for him too!
@mokay19 - I can't believe you haven't tested on 11 dpo! More power to you. When would you expect AF?
@saladflambe - congrats on the big girl bed! My son has not yet tried to climb out of his crib so we've been hesitant to move him out of his cage *cough* I mean crib *cough*
@bows22 I haven't thought about Home Improvement in so long!
@tyrion_ I'm sorry you didn't get good news this cycle. It can be really crushing. I agree with Anne Carlson - I was going to say her! Buy my husband is not at all like Lionel.
@jennifer_louise - fx for you this cycle, I also think how ridiculously easy I got pregnant with my son and then we were shocked when we had no luck with fertility treatments.
What number are you trying for? 2
Month/Cycle? month 12, s/p 3 IUIs and 1 failed IVF cycle, now TTC without medical intervention month/cycle 1/1
WTO/TWW? WTO
Ages of other child(ren)? 2, almost 3
Any thoughts about this cycle? My husband is going away CD12 - 14. As far as I know I've always been a "late" ovulator, hoping this holds true...
Any questions? Do you all have a cervix opening that's bigger than it was before? I actually checked my cervix for the first time since having my son and it felt so open that I thought I might be ovulating on CD7. Seriously. Does this still work with TTC #2?
Rant/Rave/Brag: I looked at my old charts and discovered that I used to ovulate on CD 19-20. I don't know if this will still hold true a few years later but booo long cycles.
GTKY: What TV mom are you most like (or would you most like to be)? I was going to say Anne Carlson from Workin Moms but @tyrion_ said her so I'll have to think of someone else...
@penelope4612 I only haven’t tested because I don’t want a mindf*#k from the trigger! Also, it’s possible that your cycles have changed, but my cervix doesn’t fully close until a few days after AF ends
I was walking my son to school and met up with his best
friend and his mom (they are the same age) and she mentioned she wasn't feeling
well.. but in a good way (wink, wink). She said she can't confirm for
another week but that she's been nauseous and just has a feeling. She then said
those magic words "we stopped trying and boom!... so you just need to stop
trying!" OMG really?! Is that how it works?!!
If she is KU, of course I am happy for her, it just stung a
little as again our boys are the same age and it's just a reminder that the age
gap is increasing more and more every day.

I was half asleep this morning and DD said she had to pee, and something like "I have a little purple pee stick". I'm like, okay yeah sweetie, go for it. So I go into the bathroom to help her wipe, and sure enough she has a one of my CBAD cartridges between her legs (purple cap still on) and is trying her little darndest to pee on it! What she was actually doing was peeing all over the floor but I couldn't help but laugh to myself as I cleaned it up. She has seen me do that one too many times I guess 😂.
Now the important question - I definitely can't try to reuse that one, can I? 😆
@jennifer_louise OMG that is hilarious!!!!! And so so stinking cute!!!

Rant/Rave/Brag: DD spent Saturday night at the ILs and had so much fun having a sleepover with her cousins. When I woke her up this morning she kept crying "no. I still sleeping!" so I don't think she's recovered from the busy weekend yet! haha
Today is pajama day at her daycare so that was nice to not even have to change her
GTKY: What TV mom are you most like (or would you most like to be)? Honestly, I have zero idea...
What number are you trying for? 2
Month/Cycle? 3/3
WTO/TWW? WTO
Ages of other child(ren)? 19 months
#2
Month/Cycle?
1/1
WTO/TWW?
WFAF - my period is late, but I'm not pregnant.
Ages of other child(ren)?
Emma turned 3 in May
Any thoughts about this cycle?
I'm just ready for it to be over. I'm glad I'll be temping next cycle.
Any questions?
Nope
Rant/Rave/Brag:
We moved Emma into her big-girl bed this weekend! (Pic in spoiler) She has been so excited
GTKY: What TV mom are you most like (or would you most like to be)?
Omg I'm such a Beverly Goldberg roflol - right down to the "snuggies"

How cool would it be if your #2 had a due date 8 days after your bday fingers and toes crossed

I’ll be back for tags when I can calm my screaming mandrake.
edit: adding tags
@mokay19 I’ve got everything crossed for you!
@gingermama29 June hype! Yes! Let’s do this!
@jennifer_louise I’m sorry you’re feeling out. I’m really hoping you’re wrong about that. But I’m glad you have a plan in the event you are out. Also why do these kids wake up so early?! Sleep is amazing, don’t they know that?
@saladflambe Hahaha I’m a Beverly, too. I knew I liked you!

ALL. THE. TIME.

@jennifer_louise I come across moments like that... triggers about when I got KU with DS or when I was preggers with him. 7 years later and I still get all the feels, even more so when you're trying again. Hang in there

@kpearse99 Happy Anniversary!
I was walking my son to school and met up with his best friend and his mom (they are the same age) and she mentioned she wasn't feeling well.. but in a good way (wink, wink). She said she can't confirm for another week but that she's been nauseous and just has a feeling. She then said those magic words "we stopped trying and boom!... so you just need to stop trying!" OMG really?! Is that how it works?!!
If she is KU, of course I am happy for her, it just stung a little as again our boys are the same age and it's just a reminder that the age gap is increasing more and more every day.
