I really would like to get DS a trim around the ears but I'm alittle scared of those scissors. He is one squirmy boy. Do they even give haircuts this young? hm...maybe I should wait.

DS got his first haircut at 5.5 months old. We took him to a kid's place and they let him watch a Baby Einstein movie.

He was 10 or 11 months old. He just got a trim. If he needs a cut just take him. I don't believe in the whole waiting for a year thing.

About 15 months. He went to Carnival Cuts and sat in/on a police car and watched a cartoon movie. They are very fast and get the job done quickly.

ds 1 had a ton of hair, so he got his 1st cut at 7 months.

About 15 months. I did it myself with the clippers. He's really good at sitting still for it. Weirdo.

ds had lots of hair when he was born...and then some started to fall out...so he NEEDED one at 5 months.

DS was 5 months old and did better than he does most times now. LOL My mom is a hairdresser and she did it. Smile

He's had a haircut every 5 weeks since then.

The nurse cut his 'bangs' when I had him...they were over his eyes already.

But his first haircut outside the hospital was 2 months old. And every 6 weeks since then lol

He just got his first haircut a couple weeks ago. When he was younger though I trimmed it by his neck myself. He did really good. Sat on dh's lap the whole time.
