Two gestational sacs, one going strong and one empty at 6w 5d

Hello there, 

Here is my one sticky baby but I also have one empty gestational sac. I may have an heterotopic (ectopic) pregnancy on my tube (the empty space above the sticky baby that was a bit bigger- but not as big as the sticky baby-when the wand was moving around) and have to watch for symptoms of an ectopic. I was told the sticky baby can be saved tho if that's the case. Could be a twin that we aren't seeing yet as well. Or very unlikely could be bleeding but she doubted it was bleeding. Or could just be that a baby didn’t stick and my body will absorb the sac. Sticky baby is 132 heartbeat and it is strong ❤️ Has anyone ever experienced this before or knew someone who did. What was your experience?? TIA ❤️❤️

    Hoping the best for you. At close to 8 weeks I found out I had twins but one doctor didn’t find fetal pole and suggested my body may absorb. He didn’t think it would be viable and I’ll go again on the 27th. Different than your situation but figured I could chime in on the twin. I’m bummed. I hope we have a miracle
