one of my sorority sisters updated that she was moving to another state on facebook and mysteriously erased all evidence of her husband...my other sorority sister and i spent a solid hour this morning stalking/hypothesizing what happened... but also i have a whole new set of sadness and feels b/c she has little two kids.
@anniemarie887 i feel for the sorority sister but one of my sorority sisters and I totally stalk people for hours when we notice big life changes on social media.
@ashorkey@anniemarie887 haha! thank god for dry shampoo! I used to wash it every day but now with that magic in a bottle I can at least go 4-5 days until its publicly gag-worthy
I can no longer put my toddler down in the crib if he falls asleep on me because I can’t reach that far down, and lately we’ve been having trouble getting him to nap at home. Husband wanted to watch football today so I’m playing up the “well I guess I’m stuck up here while he sleeps on my lap” card even though I’d probably still just be playing on my phone exactly like I am right now if I were able to leave.
@stac928 same thing here. Having our second boy and we’ll be done after this baby. I then have a change of tune when I put away DS’s old clothes he outgrew and then get excited knowing this baby will someday get to wear all my favorite outfits again.
@Stac928@ale9687 This is our first, but we only want two. We both were really hoping for a girl, and I imagine I'll feel similarly to you two if our second ends up being a boy, too! I know we will absolutely love whoever our kids end up being...but it's hard not to want a girl, and to feel guilty about that, too. ><
