My BF - I have a damn UTI, and the only time the doctor could see me was in the middle of a call I could absolutely not miss / postpone.
So that means I have to go up to the urgent care walk in. Which is annoying because the co-pay is $50 instead of $25, and it's twice as far away.

This is a total FWP but I had a 20 min break during a working meeting this morning so I thought "ah praise the lord, I have time to mobile order coffee and walk down to get it" (also will note, this is "illegal" coffee on this challenge I'm doing but I honestly DGAF - it's Monday). I stood there for a solid 15 min waiting for my drink, shooting them eye daggers, and then one of them pointed out that the mobile ordering area was now split into 2 and I just didn't see mine in the new place. Why the hell would they split it into two different places and why would I think to look there?!?!? Needless to say, I was late returning to the meeting but it was just with my manager and other coworker so it wasn't a huge deal, just annoying.

Need to get it off my chest before I can read more threads and reply coherently. F EZPass!

I have $250 in violations to pay? NO WAY. Something happened with the card that has been on my account for years (that’s set to autopay) and a payment in JUNE didn’t process. 1) they didn’t notify me 2) they didn’t try again 3) they told me they deleted the card so I couldn’t figure out what happened... I made my fourth call and got in touch with someone for only the second time and she said something different including that they could see the card on the account but couldn’t tell me what it is unless I have a number and had them confirm it. It wasn’t any of my four Visa cards. I refused to pay the violations and did put a balance on my account, so I have to continue to plan a longer route without tolls (as if an hour plus with them isn’t enough) until I can settle it. I didn’t use any tolls from the end of June to August 5 and yet, I still haven’t gotten anything in the mail, a phone call, or an email about any violations. They didn’t send any notice until September 4 and I still haven’t gotten it. I live like 40 minutes from their headquarters and 90 minutes from the state capital. There’s one thing worse than NJ traffic and that’s their government offices.

@NYTino24 Ugh. I don't miss all that non-sense. I used to live right outside NY in CT and it was the same nonsense. Some friends said CT is putting up tolls on ALL their highways now. Like even the little ancillary ones. I did the math, my old route to work would now cost $40 a week in tolls - and it was only about 45 minutes.

Just got back from Urgent Care - the UTI started to move into my kidneys, so good thing I went.

@NYTino24 That is such garbage. Hope it’s settled ASAP. We had a crazy issue down here with our EPass/Sunpass system. They hadn’t been charging their users for months upon months. When they finally caught that (um, how did they go so long not realizing they weren't making money?!) they charged EVERYONE their back payments. WITHOUT A SINGLE NOTICE. It was insane. But, yea, same. They suck.

@NYTino24 That is total BS. I'm a fellow NJer so I feel your pain. Continue to keep on them and ask to speak to a manager and explain how you are a longtime customer and would like to continue to be and nothing like this has ever happened before. Good luck! Traffic is bad enough without taking a scenic route.
