Ok, I pulled a muscle in my abdominal wall sneezing from allergies. I use a neti pot, but if anyone has any non-med tips for managing allergies I will take them.

I don't really pay attention to nutrition, but we have been going to the Farmer's Market. My tip is if you qualify for WIC go to your office and ask if they give checks to the Farmers Markets in your area. Veggies taste so good when super fresh.
Any goals for next week?
My goal is just always not to work out too hard so that my job does me in. It is a fine balance because basically I have to stay active to do my job, but if I overdo it then I am really wiped. I want to make a conscious effort to sit down more at work ... although this may prove impossible.
