Baby is the size of a(n): cantaloupe
GTKY: I’m fine with still doing a check in here if that’s what people want but I’m running low on GTKY questions!
Baby is the size of a(n): pringles can
GTKY: opinion question: do we still want a weekly check in on here now that we’ve got the PG? I dont mind doing it here for another week or so, and give anyone who hasn't been super active but would like to be so they can join the PG a chance for that. But I think eventually it could be moved to the PG.

Upcoming Appointments: Tomorrow for check-up and GD test
How are you feeling? (Cravings/Symptoms): Feeling better the past few days. I went through a few weeks of feeling huge and uncomfortable, and I was having a lot of BH, tightening, etc. Maybe baby had a growth spurt. It has been hard, because I want to work on the nursery and clean/organize the whole house, but most nights all I could do was lay on the couch.
Rants/Raves: Rave - I'm excited to be in the third trimester, and college football officially starts this weekend! MH and I are huge fans, so we are pumped. Also, we are using the three-day weekend to PT our 2-year-old. I've been reading the "Oh Crap" book (thanks, @emeraldcity1214!) and feel very confident.
Questions: I've only gained about 7-8 lbs so far this pregnancy. I wasn't tiny at the beginning (166) but that doesn't seem like much. I know the weight gain range is all over the place and depends on the person, but I'm wondering if I should be concerned.
GTKY: opinion question: do we still want a weekly check in on here now that we’ve got the PG? If I'm in the PG, I'm OK without the weekly check-ins. But I do find them helpful. Even if I'm not able to check until later in the week and I feel like it's too late for me to post, I still love reading everyone's updates.
Baby is the size of a(n): Butternut Squash?
GTKY: opinion question: do we still want a weekly check in on here now that we’ve got the PG? I am for continuing here and keeping the PG a bit more free flow-y.
Baby is the size of a(n): new england cotton tail rabbit
GTKY: opinion question: do we still want a weekly check in on here now that we’ve got the PG? I think we probably should for now at least, and then can switch to doing it on the PG thread.
Baby is the size of a(n): Brie en Brioche... now I really want like a big cheese and bread plate.

Baby is the size of a(n): acorn squash
9/6 for regular follow up
GTKY: opinion question: do we still want a weekly check in on here now that we’ve got the PG? I like keeping it here a little longer...I am probably irrationally worried that someone will get left out of the group.

I'm cool either way! I wouldn't want anyone to feel left out.
Baby is the size of a(n): romaine, maybe? I can never keep it straight because all of the apps say something different. 🤷🏻♀️
GTKY: opinion question: do we still want a weekly check in on here now that we’ve got the PG? I’m not in the PG yet. I like being able to check in here... but I’m down with whatever the group wants to do!
EDD/Weeks + Days: 30+2 --- can't believe I'm in the 30s now!
Baby is the size of a(n): zucchini
GTKY: opinion question: do we still want a weekly check in on here now that we’ve got the PG? \ I'm not in the PG yet either - maybe we have this for another week or so at least so people who aren't able to check in daily can get caught up and decide to join if they want?
Baby is the size of a(n): ping pong paddle
GTKY: opinion question: do we still want a weekly check in on here now that we’ve got the PG?
I'm up for whatever!
Baby is the size of a(n): Acorn Squash apparently...
RANT: work is still stressful. One of those situations where you just feel stuck. Also, see the sciatica problem.
GTKY: opinion question: do we still want a weekly check in on here now that we’ve got the PG? I'm with everyone else, maybe another week or so.
I was super nervous at first, but my OB really didn’t seemed concerned. They let me go 12 weeks between ultrasounds. If growth isn’t looking good at 32, I’ll go back at 36.
But I agree! I just want this baby to be here! Time is going by so slowly!
I admit I swing between feeling at peace that everything will work out ok and being absolutely terrified of this diagnosis. For now baby is growing well so that's good! I'm just trying to hold on to that and take it one appt at a time. I'll definitely be induced/csection by 39 weeks though, if not sooner depending on how the coming weeks go.
My feet didn’t fit in shoes from all the fluids so I was happy to have a few pairs of grippy bottom socks and flip flops.
* What is GTKY?
* Is PG 'private group'...and, if so, is that the November 2019 group?
* To confirm, does 'Team Green' mean we aren't finding out the gender?
TIA! 😄
GTKY - is Getting to know you
PG - Private Group - I believe we are renamed Incoming Turkeys for the PG
Team Green - Is either not finding out gender or not sharing with anyone. I think sometimes it also means girl/boy twin set but I could be wrong on that.
The below is my cheat sheet when I see the acronyms I am not familiar with. It really is a whole other language

I will try to fill out my weekly update later this morning. 🙂

Upcoming Appointments: Ultrasound on Tuesday--so excited!
How are you feeling? (Cravings/Symptoms): The last few weeks have been a little rough, but I had a reprieve from the heartburn/acid reflux/queasiness today, which was wonderful! I can handle the other symptoms pretty easily, they arent so bad.
Rants/Raves: Mmm, not sure what to say offhand. I might think of something later.
Questions: Has anyone else felt or heard something, like a pop, that happened just over your ribcage? I did last night as I was laying back to go to sleep, my left ab muscles straining to let me down slowly instead of just falling over into bed. I'm hoping that pop wasn't the abdominal muscles splitting, like I read can happen during pregnancy, but there is currently no pain or anything feeling amiss since that pop.
GTKY: opinion question: I feel too new here to cast a vote, but off the record, I currently like the idea of a weekly check-in. It's good, mentally, to write it all down and think about where things are at. I like the question prompts.
I think we still count as due date buddies. 😉
