    @varimama girl, I feel you. I would've wanted to yell at DH in that situation too LOL. I like to say that my hormones start fights these days.

    @stassischroeder I am sorry for the loss of your dog! Can definitely relate to knowing when it's time to let them go. 12 is pretty old for a dog!

    @stassischroeder I’m so sorry for your loss! My hamsters passed away shortly after DS was born so I understand the relief feeling even if it sucks. I was obviously still sad but it was hard bc DS wasn’t old enough to be around them without trying to squash or eat them and therefore they didn’t get much attention which left me always feeling guilty.

    This reminds me of back in Januray of this year I was hoping I was pregnant at the time, which I wasn't. H and I went to petshop because I wanted to get some neon tetras and he decides that he must get two leopard geckos and all their supplies. So now I am the one taking care of them, dusting crickets with powders and dealing with cricket stink and cage cleaning. I just wanted some fish!

    @wolfcub2020 um no. I would be super pissed at DH about that. You are a very nice wife. They would have been back at the pet shop the next day.

    @stassischroeder Oh no, I am so sorry to hear about your dog!  That is awful.  :(  My dogs are each 12 and I dread the idea of losing either one of them. I will not cope well, I fear.

    Oh yeah my confession is I definitely wish I didn’t have a cat. She’s 11 and we’ve had some good times but she’s annoying af and I don’t have the time or energy to deal with her crap! Of course I don’t want her to die and I can’t give her away, but I’m just kind of annoyed at her existence. Sorry, cat.

    @keeksie84 I’m just impressed your DD took a second nap when she usually doesn’t. I have to pray to the nap gods that DS takes one some days. No chance he’d take a second for me :-/
